I hoping Bates gets some snaps today to spell Ford (just for the rest, not because Ford is doing terrible). Whoever is out there, they will be tested by the Broncos D-line and linebackers.
We too often forget these players are real human beings that face the same life issues we all do. I hope he and his family is safe, physically and emotionally.
That is a good find. .... I picked the 16-22 category and was about to post I would say in the higher end of that scale (16-18). This grade scale confirms that, a=has him slightly higher.
He deserves a statue, or at least a nice exhibit in the football HOF. More kids (and adults) have played with a nerf football than real: gym class, the beach, the backyard, playground, street, living room--bouncing off the coach, intramural s, etc.
I think we root for the Texans, because if we win Sunday, we would hold a tie-breaker over the Colts the rest of the season (common opponents--according to another thread)
Or, "just win baby" that beats all tie-breakers
All I know, is when he touches the football the excitement level goes up. His quickness is unmatched, when they get the ball to him in space, really good things happen. Daboll has used him well this season, but I do not recall any Jet Sweeps on Sunday, did I miss that?
I would add, Foster and Williams. At least Williams was productive when he was out there. And certainly Foster was last year when given significant playing time. It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma ??????
Agreed, this is pretty much where I'm at with him as well. Take away Edelman and Brady doesn't have enough to carry the team anymore.
If this is his last season our last lasting impression of him in his twilight run is him throwing the ball into the ground in desperation so he doesn't get hit--I wonder if there is a Next Gen stat for that, he has to be leading the league?
