  1. Totally agree. The Bills would jump at the chance to upgrade at ML and move him outside--which would be a double-upgrade. And this is not meant as a criticism of him, but like CC said, he is better suited outside.
  2. Well, I was wrong. My money was on Vincent.
  3. I go with Taylor. This: https://www.pff.com/news/pro-10-record-breaking-rookies-from-the-2017-nfl-season 8. Vincent Taylor, DI, Miami Dolphins PFF Era Record Broken: Highest run-stop percentage recorded by a rookie defensive tackle The former Oklahoma State Cowboy was taken in the sixth round of the NFL draft and was a real difference-maker for the Dolphins defense when he saw the field. Throughout the campaign, Taylor produced 12 run stops on just 89 run-defense snaps, resulting in a run-stop percentage of 13.5 percent, the best mark ever recorded by a defensive tackle.
  4. Just one bad fail--someone missed a block on that play. If he makes 2 yards on that play, it's a non-issue. I agree, it gives makes the Defense think about.
  5. Excellent work, the entire article. Nothing I would disagree with. Don't the Chargers always seem to start slow? Rivers is gamer (much like our own JA, but without the athleticism).
  6. No, you have to come out of there at least tied and trust your D to get you to overtime. You could, though, milk the clock.
  7. 30-3, he LOVES playing the Bills, in Buffalo, in Boston, in Siberia, wherever . . .
  8. You highlight the 2 point conversion. That decision and the execution thereof were huge! And as you mention, it affected the game in the end. Without it the Bengals only need to kick a FG to tie the game late. McDermott and Allen deserve credit for that early moment.
  9. Someones else mentioned it, I think Lawson will get more snaps at tackle, especially on passing downs. Also, Phillips has been playing well, not sure what his snap count was yesterday, but no harm in him getting more.
  10. That hurts, hopefully the surgery and recovery goes well and he's back 100% next summer.
  11. yes, both those were bad. The jet sweep in that situation also came after a time-out, they were running it down the Bengals throats and they dial up the gimmick play (which has been successful), that was the time to go straight ahead with your 240 pound QB. "Can I get a witness? Give me an "Amen"!
  12. The one guy who might be available, and I would be all-in on getting him, if the price was not ridiculous.
  13. Who cares, they won! Did you notice the Bills are 3-0 while you were busy looking up those stats?
  14. Two thoughts: 1 - Game three last year should serve as a good warning to all of us. 2 - When reviewing these picks, on both sites, it seems there is a huge competition gap between the "have's" and the "have-nots", especially for this early on the season???
  15. This is where I'm at ??? Logically? = No! Still plenty of time and pathways to the playoffs Emotionally? = Yes! A loss would be a huge blow to the psyche of the team, and especially to the current "high" of its fan base.
  16. Nike finally grows a conscience, some?
  17. I've been a Bills fan for too long to take any team/game for granted. Remember, "It's hard to win in the NFL."
  18. This is not a surprise, he's athletic and plays with a lot if finesse. If the Bills at some time add a more traditional type Middle Linebacker, Edmund slides outside and the team is better. Nonetheless, he is good and getting better where he is now.
