  1. I suspect one of our back-up safeties will move up. Our LBs do a lot of coverage, so bring Marlow or J Johnson (or Siran Neal?), the bigger of the crew up to play a more athletic hybrid role. It would be hard to bring an outsider in at this point. If its a real Linebacker move, I think they bring Allen up from the PS.
  2. Compare the personalities of the QB's drafted in 2018: Josh - Energy, loves to play, a natural leader, a competitor that his teammates will run through a wall for. Sam D - Seems like a likable guy, but hard to tell if he has that competitive drive because Coaching & team situation is so bad. Josh R - Does he have a personality? Baker M - Arrogant, his "me first" attitude wears very thin, and it shows on the field. Lamar J - Being in a perfect situation has helped him take ful advantage of his athleticism, full of energy and passion, and better passer than was given credit for I'll take the guys (Josh A and Lamar J) with the natural athleticism, humility--other's first perspective, and passion over the "maybe" more talented people any day in any draft.
  3. Mr Beane is combing Practice Squads as we speak looking for teams trying hide a few unknown young guys. Expect a signing by tomorrow.
  4. I had a few comments about the Bills letting Smart and Taylor go, so I give a game ball to Justin Zimmer who looked like a real NFL d-lineman today. He played well. He gets a GB from me for proving me wrong.
  5. No matter who he is playing for, it is just good to see Brady suck.
  6. The best thing about Josh's performance, he took what the Defense gave him. The only long pass I can remember was the beautiful hookup with Diggs. everything else was short and intermediate routes that the Jets D gave him. Clearly, one of his best and most complete performance as a Pro (just get rid of the fumbles, tuck the ball away young man!).
  7. 66 on one play, or 25% of the total.
  8. The best was the Play Clock penalty; crowd noise got to him 😃
  9. That's his excuse for missing that tackle. Had to play it for the game to try and get off the hook. He'll be fine by Tuesday.
  10. They were strong on pass protection. But in the run game few of them did much.
  11. Well, he had a great day, but did have two fumbles in the Red Zone, and twice missed wide-open receivers in the end zone--Knox in the first half, and Brown in the 4th quarter. Eliminate just half of those mistakes and it's an A+
  12. Glad he made it, but really, can someone on that staff help him adjust to the left
  13. Just when you thought you could trust Daboll. Again, Why?
