Even if he was still there at 55 I'd be shocked if the Bills took him. Not disappointed, but definitely shocked. If they did, that would almost guarantee dealling TH for a 3rd Rounder or thereabouts, IMHO.

Why let the facts get in the way of the truth? Be honest, the Jest did not just surrender a straight 1st Rounder for Doug Jolley. They gave up a 1st and 7th Rounder and got Jolley PLUS a 2nd Rounder PLUS two 6th Rounders. That's a great deal for the Jest. They basically traded down a few spots from the 1st Round into the 2nd and traded up from the 7th Round into the 6th AND picked up an additional 6th. This deal is apples and oranges to any involving TH. I believe that TH is worth a 2nd simply because he is under contract dirt cheap in '05 and will cost a team a lot less financially (long term) than either James or Alexander. A 3rd Rounder for him would not be a ripoff for the Bills and would also be fair compensation. There are a ton of value picks in that area this year.

I agree and I think it comes from Philly...they have 13 picks and have to deal some of them...no way a team that good adds 13 draft picks to its roster.

Philly is sitting on 13 picks...there is no way that many can make a Super Bowl team. I say TH goes to the Iggles for a 2nd rounder or two lower rounders (like a 3rd & 6th). JMO.

The dolfelons had a great passing attack with Duper and Clayton during the Mar-whino years and look where it got them. Picking up Edwards would still leave them with no QB and no running game. Plus although he looks like the real deal, with the history of Michigan WRs, Edwards is no lock to be a can't-miss-stud. I agree with those who say that the felons are bluffing...Edwards makes no sense for them. They're looking for a dance partner to trade down.
