  1. That's who I was thinking, as well.
  2. Yeah, that's why I posted those pics. The fact that they are tight, coupled with the fact that Shady is actively recruiting him and that the Bills are apparently in "preliminary talks" with Maclin, seems to indicate that the Bills would have a real shot at landing him. We shall see.
  3. "Several of his NFL buddies were in attendance, including Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy, who played with Maclin on the Philadelphia Eagles. It was an Eagles reunion as former Eagles coach Andy Reid was also in attendance." "LeSean brought his girlfriend Delicia Cordon along as his date."
  4. So you know him personally and you're speaking from experience? Or you're just surmising? I said I don't hate him but I don't think he's hilarious either. Different strokes. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion. Not everyone has to genuflect to him like you seem to think they should.
  5. You beat me to it. I feel similarly. I definitely don't hate him but I don't find him as funny as others in here do either. He strikes me as more of the typically annoying, meatheaded & douchey jock. And, yes, I'd take him on the Bills in a heartbeat.
  6. Jason Peters
  7. I'll give that a ringing endorsement...
  8. Are you asking me or telling me? You are correct, sir. Well done.
  9. Who made the game saving pick for the Bills at their own 1-yard line during the 1981 AFC Wild Card game against the Jets?
  10. How many consecutive games did the Bills lose to start the 1984 season and who did they defeat for their first win?
  11. This Bills player was the muse for soundtrack composer Sam Spence's song "Ramblin' Man From Gramblin'" (below):
  12. Haha! Who was the player the Bills acquired when they traded fan favorite Bob Chandler prior to the 1980 season?
  13. Nice! From memory or did you have to cheat?
  14. Still unanswered (RevWarRifleman got one correct): A) Which season marked the appearance of the white helmet with the standing, red bison? B) Which season marked the appearance of the charging bison on the white helmet? C) Which season marked the appearance of the red helmet? D) Which season marked the reappearance of the white helmet?
  15. Rick Azar and Al Meltzer. Ha! It's just the opposite for me...weird that stuff like that does register with me. I'm just a uni buff, I guess.
  16. 1 for 4. Nice Try. Anyone else want to take a shot without using the interwebs?
  17. A) Which season marked the appearance of the white helmet with the standing, red bison? B) Which season marked the appearance of the charging bison on the white helmet? C) Which season marked the appearance of the red helmet? D) Which season marked the reappearance of the white helmet?
  18. "The Bills currently hold the NFL's longest active streak for non-playoff seasons."
  19. What number did O.J. Simpson wear his rookie year?
  20. Ozzie & Harriet Nelson Steven & Elyse Keaton
  21. LOVE the Randy Smith avatar! I thought the same, as well. Very heads up play. Unfortunately, I was at this game, as well, with my wife. It was a great game until the last minute. We had the misfortune of sitting next to to an obnoxious, a-hole (is there any other kind?) Dallas fan who wouldn't shut up the entire game. I really needed the football gods to shut him up...but Buffalo.
  22. I remember that game very well. I loved the weekly 'Alcoa Fantasic Finishes' clip from that game. It still gives me chills. The two most exciting games I attended were the Kelly to Jamie Mueller TD to beat the Jets in Week 7 of the 1990 season at Rich Stadium and the Rian Lindell FG to beat the Redskins in Week 13 of the 2007 season at FedEx Field. That was the Sean Taylor tribute game and the one where Joe Gibbs illegally called back-to-back timeouts during the Bills' final game winning drive. Here is the Fergy to Hooks game winning TD as called by the late, great Van Miller: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XJNNLuwNMw
  23. I'm in this camp, as well. He was my favorite writer covering the Bills and I was sad to see him go to Cleveland to cover the Brownies. Then he came back and something changed. It's like TBN told him to be edgier and more douchey or something to conform with the new "hot take" world that we live in now. I will say that I do enjoy listening to him way more on Sirius/XM NFL Radio than I do reading his articles on the Bills.
