The Cardinals and Raiders will have a lot to say about that. They meet in Arizona in Week 11. This looks like the only winnable game left on the schedule for either team. Arizona is home against Detroit in Week 14 and could possibly get that one, if the Lions have packed it in by then. The Raiders are a completely dysfunctional tire fire and I don't think they win another game unless something fluky happens.

Jest 4, Bills 2 After the game, McDermott says that they "have to find a way to out safety" their opponents but he's proud of their effort and will have to "look at the film" to see why they had trouble getting more safeties than just one. Anderson and McCown embrace at midfield and exchange 'Depends'.

And one of my childhood faves, Lou Piccone (#89), was only 5' 9". ? -

WHO DESERVES THE BLAME?? THE PEGULAS!
ExWNYer replied to billsfan61184's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Or maybe the Pegulas are lousy interviewers who keep getting smitten by neanderthals like Rex & McDermott...football lifers who think that you have to ground and pound in "snowy, blue collar Buffalo." Ugh. Seems to me that the 'K-Gun' operated just fine in the same stadium. How about the "poor Pegulas" are held accountable here rather than portrayed as victims who were taken by a couple of snake oil salesmen? The Pegs are responsible for getting the right football minds in place. How about starting with an offensive-minded guy who understands that it's the 2018 version of the NFL and not the 1978 version?! You don't need a coach who has to "look at the tape" to understand that. I'm not advocating firings at this point but this front office is doing something far worse than losing...they are causing apathy among their own fan base. Thanks for saving the franchise, Terry & Kim, but the honeymoon is over. Time to start righting the ship and putting this shite show in the rear view mirror. -

Amen! Now we're all victims of the 'hot take' era. ?

They did wear multiple colors over the years. My brother and I loved those teams when we were kids. We'd huddle around the radio and listen to Van Miller call the games..."That's two...for McAdoo!!" Buff State's own Randy Smith was my favorite player and he owned the NBA's 'Ironman' streak for quite some time. My brother and I were crushed when they left Buffalo and I still don't care about the NBA to this day. Love college ball but the NBA is a lousy product, IMO. I remember being ecstatic when the Braves acquired Moses Malone and then pissed when they traded him to the Rockets. I think he was with Buffalo for all of about two weeks and played in maybe one pre-season game is all. They had the potential for some great teams and had some very exciting players including Bob McAdoo and Adrian Dantley. A few random tidbits: 1) My dad took my brother, sister , & me to a Braves game at 'The Aud' on a snowy, winter night in the '70s. There was hardly anybody there and the ushers let us move down from the nosebleeds into the golds. They were playing the Seattle Supersonics and I remember the bald-headed Slick Watts of the Sonics for the green headband he wore. I can still see it like it was yesterday. I still have the NBA 'Hoops' magazine from that game. The cover had Robert Parrish who at that time was still with Golden State. 2) A friend I went to high school with here in Virginia is cousins with Ernie DiGregorio. He looks just like Ernie D in Ernie's playing days except that my friend has a mustache. The resemblance is uncanny. 3) When Floyd Smith was HC of the Sabres in the mid '70s, I was friends with his son. We went to school together in Grand Island. Ah, youth. Good times and good memories of those teams and those days.

And then the Bills decided to put him on ice for the rest of the season...

Yes, he's signed thru 2019. He was a 2nd Round draft pick in 2016.

Weird. Site is fine on my Chromebook and audio is streaming.

I Will Consider The Pats Game a Win If........
ExWNYer replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The only answer is "if the Bills win". Otherwise, the question should be phrased, "I will consider the Pats* game a moral victory if..." -
Would that qualify as a 'gag gift'?
-
Maybe the Bills can trade them Benjamin for Brady's broken cellphone and a deflated football...
-
Add to all of his other shortcomings that Hue can't get along with his d-bag OC.

Three words... Factory. Of. Sadness. Agreed. I think 'The Cockroach' finally gets stomped.

Not surprising. Florio is one of the smarmiest hacks on TV. He rarely adds any insight, IMHO, and never passes on a chance to take a cheap shot at the Bills whether warranted or not. He is a poor man´s Peter King-wannabe.
