  1. Not to mention the fact that they are on the field so much more since the rule about stopping teams on third down in order to get the ball back came in to existence.
  2. Fair Hooker - Wr. Cleveland Browns
  3. Only if he reads this board. As for the topic...... Best proformance would be Redzone TD's with Mr. Hardy (that alone could be the difference in making the playoffs). Scariest thought is Kirk Chambers leading the league in sacks allowed
  4. But....But.. Todd McShay said their first round pick (Duane Brown) was a reach. Their doomed !!
  5. Me thinks you get frustrated alot.... life's too short brother.... have a good weekend to you and all
  6. Here's hoping elegantelliotoffen doesn't get a "jury duty" notice in the very near future
  7. NOBODY goes above the speed limit in Hemet....... takes forever to hit the 215 fwy. from Hemet high school. His vehicle would be like a magnet with all the seasoned citizens walking about.
  8. Most sensible post regarding this topic ... But were you looking directly at your keys when you typed this ???
  9. Shhhhh !!!!!! I live here in Ca.
  10. I'll never forget when my dad set me down and said, "Son, just remember, it isn't a big deal if you hit someone with your vehicle and flee.... as long as the victim isn't seriously injured". But being the inquisitive kid that I was, I responded,"Daddy, if I hit someone with my vehicle and then leave , how will I know whether or not the victim is seriously injured"? Naturally, he responded with the kind and understanding,"Shut the #&$! up and get me a beer out of the fridge"! Thanks Dad !!
  11. Daryle Lamonica followed by Ahmad Rashad followed by Joe Cribbs (!#@! USFL) Sorry , I don't know recently, as I continue to live in the past --------> We should have won it all in 1980 !!!!
  12. I think we would be better off letting him fight for a roster spot and let the best guys win. Competition will bring out the best in this group and will let the' cream rise'. Keep him
  13. You seem to be forgetting those Pac 10 titles that Edwards won singlehandedly and how Losman turned Tulane from a very weak link in a weak conference to , well, ...what they are today. Sorry, homers , potential had nothing to do with this article. We would trade Edwards and Losman straight up for Young every day of the week. However, I think Edwards has the potential to be much better than Young and given the time to throw... and Mr. Hardy in the redzone, things could be nice.
  14. The five best Bills : 1. Lee Evans 2. Marshawn Lynch 3. Derrick Dockery 4. Jason Peters 5. Donte Whitner The anchors that are keeping us down (Dead weight). 1. Melvin Fowler 2. Langston Walker 3. Robert Royal 4. Pass Rush---- if Stroud and McCargo stay healthy we'll see if the high motor guys can put Brady, et al on their arse or if we need to clean house at DE.
  15. What would have to give up to get him ?
  16. Thanks. That 's thirty seconds of my life that I'll never get back. I would recommend slow deep breathing until the stress goes away.
  17. You seem just a little preoccupied with the whole thing. And how much time during the day do you look at these type of pictures ? hmmm
  18. Will there be any centers or Tight Ends worth taking with the 32ND PICK IN THE FIRST ROUND ?!!!!
  19. Root for: Bills Angels Celtics Oregon State Alabama Root against: Cowboys Raiders AFC East Yankees Lakers USC (football UCLA(basketball)
  20. Actually, I have all of the tapes of the games and so, today my son and I looked as much as we could at Mr. Chambers and I must say that Chambers looked okay on some plays but was mostly an innocent bystander. He is so unathletic it is pathetic. IMO, the best player on our roster suited for back up LT is Brad Butler. Unfortunately, he is at another position on the other side of the line. If Whittle can start at RG(and has anything left in the tank) it would be nice if Butler spent some time with technique in case he is needed at LT. I am hoping you are right about Mr. Bell. Linemen with athletic skills, (like Peters) can do wonders for an offense.
  21. If he continues to hold down the job then that only means that the other TE's on our roster are horrible. I sure hope Fine is the answer but there sure were alot of faster, taller and higher rated TE's on the board when he was selected. If we had tasted the playoffs just ONCE this century then I would have more confidence in this selection. Not saying he wasn't a great choice but...
  22. Actually some of us would like a little deception in the play calling.... occasionally. But I do like Jauron and hope he can put some fear in other teams.. occasionally. Just looking for SOME creativity. Maybe, the injuries played a part.... but I don't seem to remember the Bears being a very interesting nor creative team on offense. Being predictable is bad news in war and football. I think this team will have it's BEST CASE SCENARIO with many of the things mentioned along with James Hardy making some redzone TD's (ergo Lindall making XP's not FG's) and Chris Ellis providing the DB's with some relief by pressuring the other teams QB and not letting him sit back and pick us apart.
  23. It goes back even further. He missed two games in third-grade flag football due to an unfortunate Dodge-ball injury. In fifth grade, the well documented food fight incident in the cafeteria left him with a pinched nerve and a "pudding stained" new shirt he'd received from Gramma. Finally, in seventh grade he slammed his hand while closing his locker on several occasions. Reportedly,This is why USC, CAL, and Arizona State cancelled his visits during his senior year. BIG mistake to consider an extension with this "accident waiting to happen".
  24. I wonder what Rev. Wright's opinion of this injutice to the poor young man would be.
  25. Cason,Bennett and Flowers in that order, of the second grouping
