  1. Clausen-Raiders Tebow- Browns Berry-Browns Spiller-Seahawks Bryant- Broncos
  2. sorry bro. Maybe the best hands in the league... or one of the best. So let's take possible the ONLY elite player on the roster and trade him. Brilliant idea
  3. Agree. My bottome line is this. Dan Williams types can be found but depending on your favorite 'flavor' a Clausen, Derrick Morgan ,McClain, Bulaga, A. Davis, to just to name, a few are much harder to come by later in this draft.
  4. In that scenario with my fav. Derrick Morgan being gone you should run to the podium with either Trent Williams, Jimmy Clausen Mike Iupati or Rolando Mcclain's name on it. If it is Trent, make sure you put T. on the card for Trent and not D. for Dan. !! I like Byers pick and the Dixon pick as well. That actually has the lookings of a real solid, if not spectacular draft.
  5. Not sold on Clausen but I agree with your philosophy. clausen and say a Dusasse from UMASS or Brown fron USC sounds better to me than Bulaga and ???? Tebow. But either way would be interesting for a change around here.
  6. And you formed yours from what ??? None of us have tapes of all the games. We can go by what we see. And we see a guy that is only rated high because of a need for a NT. There is nothing special about him, at least not for pick #9 when there is over two dozen prospects better than him. I'm so tired of passing on studs for lesser players. Pretty soon you have a team of mediocre players. hmmmm. If they take Dan Williams when guys like (in no particular order) Derrick Morgan, Rolando McClain, C.J. Spiller, Jared Odrick, J. Pierre-Paul, Anthony Davis or even Mike Iupati are still on the board, .... then shame on us again!!
  7. He'll get back to you as soon as he retrieves the USA today draft guide he left in the bathroom.
  8. How about we just take the best stud player on the board at #9 and do the same at #41. Are the Bills going to learn from Whitner, Maybin and the rest of the lot. Though my opinion is just mine... like a lot of you I follow college more than the pros and record the combine and the all-start games etc. Not saying I know more than you at all but when you have the ninth pick in the draft quit dipping to fill needs. After : 1. Bradford (Not in any order) 2. Suh 3. McCoy 4. Berry 5. Okung 6. T. Williams there is still Clausen, Spiller, Morgan, Bulaga, McClain, Haden and depending on your taste, A. Davis, M. Iupati, J. Pierre-Paul, D. Bryant or E. Thomas. I think the only ones that the Bills would not consider would be the DB's (except Berry) I will be upset if we go with a Dan Williams or a Brandon Graham or a Tim Tebow when NONE of those three are at the level of the elite players in this draft.
  9. That's like worrying about littering in Hiroshima... right after the bomb landed
  10. Puhlease. Williams is not even close to Ngata. It would be a joke to force this pick when there are probably AT LEAST 20-25 players of superior talent. But .. alas that is the Bills style.
  11. Paul is bigger faster and does front somersaults as opposed to Maybin doing back somersaults from getting put on his a$$.
  12. 1/5 of a line and many plays not directly affecting him. QB involved in the majority of all offensive plays. I would say that teams do suffer when their LT goes down, if they don't have a capable back up. Not all that easy to quantify but certainly very few teams have 2nd string QB's who are close in ability to the starter.
  13. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
  14. No, they switched places with their second round picks AND they have two number ones. They could still be looking QB.
  15. Why would anybody risk their job and draft this bum when their is forty guys as good as him that aren't nut cases. I wouldn't draft him until the seventh, if at all
  16. Do you have a basis or special insight for your belief that they would pass up on the top LT to get lower picks ???
  17. Actually Maybin was the ultimate NO-BRAINER.
  18. I would rather bring in out own talent and let it grow. I think the Bills may have signed enough players the last few years that nobody else wanted. Next, you'll be wanting to bring "The Holder" Cornell Green from the Raiders at Tackle.
  19. He caught the football or weren't you watching ?
  20. Can't disagree but give him a LT, NT amd OLB and let's see what he can do...... probably in 2011 is where the team will be more competitive.
  21. Agree.... and Reed could have done more damage IMO without having to deal with miserable coaching throughout his time here.
