As far as the white wr's go. There are two in this draft that I think are better than what we have other than #13. One from Va. Tech (Coales) and one from Fresno St (Wylie). I know you weren't insinuating race but.. I just wish you hadn't put the "W" word into the conversation. Beebe wasn't such a bad player as I recall.

yep. 1st time I agree with you True but is there a bigger drop off in talent from 10 to 17 then say 45 to 65 ? I think the bigger drop off in talent is at the top and alot depends on what happens 1-9. If Luck, Griffin, Claiborne ,Kalil and Blackmon are gone then the next fivepicks get very interesting. Then with Reiff, Martin, DeCastro, Coples, Ingram, Richardson, Tannehill,Mercilus, Brockers, Floyd, Kendall Wright, and Upshaw still in the game (probably missing somebody's favorite here) it may be stretching it to get an elite player at a position you want at #17. I'm Torn between adding picks and getting a (Hopefully) terrific player. 10 to 17 seems like a big drop.

Why don't you start a "Fitzy is our man and we need to learn to accept it" thread. Guess what It'll turn into? An RG3 thread because everybody is tired of losing and we KNOW Fitzpatrick in not the answer. Griffin 3 may not be the answer but we KNOW that Fitzpatick is not. Mediocrity is accepted by some but not by those who want to win and by win I mean win it all.... not just have "relevant" games in November.

Let me make this simple. What I was trying to say is we have a choice. Keep Fitzpatrick anf probably not get a WR in free agency unless they are really dumb OR Trade NOW before free agency period starts and have a good chance of a WO taking you seriously. That's all Fitz+rookie WR + a couple more pics or RG111 and Bowe. IMO I'll take the latter and whoop Fitzy five out of five times. I'm not necessarily a fan of doing this but seriously, what FA is going to want to come here with a Turnover machine @ QB and nobody in the wings? The reason I'd be happy with a 2-1st's 1-2nd and 1-3rd trade (If that would be enough) for RG111 is that it would increase our odds of signing free agent wideouts. I don't if I'm more frustrated with losing or more frustrated with the fans who are satisfied with being the laughingstock of the league. At least Polian had " a set" when the Cornelius Bennett trade was made.
