  1. It took you an hour and a half to come up with that, Senator? I'll tell you what, I'll give you a day to come up with something original and really insulting.
  2. How many lame gay jokes can someone fit into one post? I counted 7 here. Not once have I posted about the game until now. Not to brag, nothing. I just figured I'd bring some reality into this thread, as it's clearly 10 yards gained on the play. If the Jets win, I really don't care, as it's only game two, and the Patriots aren't treating it like the Super Bowl as the Jets are.
  3. Look 3 seconds into the video. Koppen has the ball in his hand, with part of it outside of the 36, closer to the 37. Welker does a faceplant right on the 26, which would make it more than 10 yards. It was a first down.
  4. No, I think you need your head examined. The sad thing is, when you made that post, you weren't joking. You really believe that bile.
  5. Looking at that grainy video, it looks like the ball is snapped on the end of the white line at the 36, which makes it closer to the 37 than the 35. Welker catches the ball and lands on the 26. It was a 10 yard gain. Only Bills fans.
  6. Does your butt hurt Change your diaper, and quit watching if you're so sick of the "charade"
  7. Suspected of, by you, Matt. Don't speak for everyone. Sane people have moved on. Facts are facts. The tapes were so important that time was taken from filming the players to watch the cheerleaders do their routines. Or did you have another conversation with a buddy in Budapest about how Belichick was using some kind of mind control device to get Al Davis to cough up a first round pick?
  8. Risk and trouble of massive taping? They had like 6 grainy tapes that would pan over to the Charger's cheerleaders butts from time to time.
  9. Greatriots 27 Bills 17
  10. Gotta love the conspiracy theories.
  11. After rallying to beat the Patriots, Titans, and Steelers in the playoffs, and beating the Giants in the Super Bowl, with Trent Edwards winning MVP and tossing 52 touchdowns, Shnooks woke up
  12. They were 11-5 last year, if they lost both Bills games (lol) they would have been 9-7. Not a good running team? Weren't they ranked like 6th in rushing last season?
  13. A God among men, one of the greatest NFL players ever. The league lost a bit of its soul today.
  14. I didn't think a fanbase could get any more childish than Jets and Steelers fans. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for some of the nonsense you post here. I hope you don't act this way in real life.
  15. 38-7 56-10 20-10 13-0 After spygate. Good thing the Patriots don't have that holding them back anymore.
  16. Then why don't the Bills start winning
  17. Jason Bay, with his .240 average, hates them? Oh no! And the Yankees, with their 0-8 record against the Red Sox so far this season, are their masters?
  18. You're right, "bad" calls (even though David Patten was out of bounds and the Ravens did call timeout and Bart Scott committed a stupid penalty by himself, none of these really were bad calls) only matter in the 4th quarter, and only when the Patriots do them. A call that led to a Colts TD in the AFC title game that was won by 4 points, that the league actually apologizes for later, and a letter is sent out to Ellis Hobbs does not matter, because it was only the 3rd quarter. Why didn't the Bills or Ravens receive letters and apologies, then, if they got screwed so bad?
  19. FOXBORO - Ellis Hobbs [stats] has insisted since the AFC title game loss to the Colts that he was improperly flagged for pass interference in the end zone. The league not only agrees with him, it let him know it. Hobbs received a letter during the offseason apologizing for the blown call, which led to the touchdown that tied the game at 21 in the third quarter. “It’s a little late for that now,” Hobbs said with a sigh. The penalty came on second-and-7 from the Patriots [team stats] 19. Colts quarterback Peyton Manning targeted a streaking Reggie Wayne down the sideline, but Hobbs stayed with him stride for stride, cutting short his pursuit to avoid the contact that would have resulted in a penalty. He watched Wayne’s eyes, slightly turned his head and leaped while the ball descended. It hit him in the left arm and Hobbs was immediately flagged by referee Bill Carollo. TV analyst Phil Simms labeled it face-guarding - the act of not turning to look for the ball - which is no longer illegal. The play is only a penalty if Hobbs makes contact with the receiver, which he was careful not to do. Manning then hit former Patriots defensive lineman Dan Klecko with a 1-yard score, and the two-point conversion tied the game. Hobbs has insisted ever since that the call should not have been made, a point he made forcefully after the game. “I’ll say it publicly - that wasn’t pass interference,” Hobbs said. “I didn’t touch the guy. The ball hit me in the back of the arm. He put his hands up and I’m just trying to play through his hands. I didn’t look back, but I didn’t touch him. You make the call. Watch that replay and tell me if it’s pass interference.” It’s little consolation now, but Hobbs was right. Here you go. The LEAGUE admitted they were wrong. Is that far enough outside the NE fanbase? Or do I need to find a Colts-hating Titans fan somewhere?
  20. Like I said, I don't care enough to harp on and log into a library every bad call that went against the Patriots. Reminds me--I was on vacation in Hawaii two weeks ago, talking football with the porter who'd commented on my Bills hat. Somehow New England came up and he, on his own, brought up how badly the Ravens got screwed in that Monday night game two years ago against you. Yeah, "somehow" New England came up. I'm sure you didn't have anything to do with initiating a conversation about the Patriots.
  21. The bogus roughing the passer called against the Patriots vs the Raiders in 1976 springs to mind. What's that? Too far back? It's more relevant that the (correct) David Patten out of bounds call in a regular season game vs the Bills, and it screwed the Patriots in the playoffs. I do also remember something against the Colts in the 2006 playoffs with some kind of bogus PI call on Ellis Hobbs, but I don't care enough to check or even remember exactly. Because I attribute the 32 second half points given up by the Patriots as the reason they lost. That was the AFCCG, for a chance to go to another Super Bowl, and I could give a crap whether it was a bogus call on Hobbs or not. You, meanwhile, have a library of every god damn play and you cry and whine about every call and you're already making excuses for this upcoming season that the refs are out to screw the Bills. How about you just shut up and enjoy the games? The 2008 Patriots were one of my favorite teams even despite missing the playoffs. Seeing Cassel develop and get better as the season went on was a joy to watch, and the team still came together despite missing several key starters. Just quit whining and enjoy watching the Bills play.
  22. No, he's blaming them (as would anyone with eyes) for the 19-17 or so game three years ago, the "just give it to them" game and the game in which an unconscious Pats* player was found to somehow still have retained possession of a ball that was clearly Buffalo's. Those are just the games in which the officials screwed the Bills against the Pats*--as I'm sure you know, other teams all over the League have gotten the similar shaft the last decade or so as well when facing you. You said "those are just the games", and yet you only mentioned one game. Reminds me--I was on vacation in Hawaii two weeks ago, talking football with the porter who'd commented on my Bills hat. Somehow New England came up and he, on his own, brought up how badly the Ravens got screwed in that Monday night game two years ago against you. Pats* fans love to think that it's just folks like us here in their division who hate them and think they cheat, but in reality it's fans all over the country..... Oh, the game where the Ravens called timeout prior to the 4th and 1? That was their own fault, not a screwjob. The Patriots made the same mistake against the Colts this past season, but I don't hear you crying about it.
  23. Oh, look. Beavis has arrived to back up Butthead. Keep blaming the refs for the upcoming 45-17 loss.
  24. Sounds like someone needs their diaper changed. Are you really blaming the refs for the 38-7, 56-10, 20-10 (game wasn't that close), and 13-0 games? And already you have an excuse made when the Bills get beat down again. Every time I go to New Hampshire, I think "what is that smell?". Now I know.
  25. Not a big deal. So the Bills will lose 45-17 instead of 38-17. They're just out of the Patriots' league.
