As someone already posted, then you run Jet Sweeps, slip screens, bubble screens, Counter Treys, and make them pay for blitzing. If Dabol is the next great offensive mind, he should figure out how to do this. Bills Offense today was offensive.
I guarantee you Smoke with his 4.3 speed and now knowing he can run the route tree makes most DC's nervous, especially with the football equivalent of a 16 inch rifle at the launching point.
Problem with more refs, either on the field or in a booth, is they all think they need to do something to justify their existence. Game is nearly unwatchable now with the random nature of offensive and defensive holding calls, hands to the face, roughing the passer etc. Calls are all over the place. Why did Josh not get a PF roughing call at the end of his run when he slid, yet Jordan Phillips playing through the whistle gets called for UR.
The most deserving Bills IMHO who didn't make the cut were Kent Hull, C-Biscuit, Talley. I did notice that Takeo, London, and Spielman all made the first cut but not the next 25.
I think with Lynch as a GM, and who the committee is made up of, he will be selected, and likely deserves it. Not to mention he has turned around a struggling franchise is short order.
I grew up in the Buffalo area. Before the Bills came along, Cleveland was the NFL team we saw on TV. I was familiar with Jim Brown from his syracuse days [my uncle was a classmate]. Watching him in '57 '58 '59 hard to argue he was not the GOAT running back. 8 rushing titles in 9 years, only year he didn't rush for a title he got to 996 playing with a broken bone in his wrist. Bigger than most LB's and DB's and just as fast if not faster. He has to be #1
