  1. That last Detroit drive gave me [not good] flashbacks to several of our games this year. Was getting to the point - How will we lose this time.
  2. I am also surprised that's there's not an Allen island in the Fresno area when the Niners aren't on at the same time.
  3. Bills have given up 20 sacks on the season which is best in the league. They have recorded 50 sacks, which is 3rd in the league. Top five teams in net sacks are: Bills, +30; Dolphins,+25;Chiefs, +23; Ravens, +18; 49ers, +15 - these are all top teams.
  4. Lookup William "Refrigerator" Perry. Da Bears 1985 Champs
  5. Wonder how the brotherly shove would fare against Daquan and Joseph in the trenches
  6. San Antonio/Austin [The Metropolitan areas abut - 5 MM people] would likely love to have them, but suspect Jerrah would never allow that.
  7. Tyreek is 3 months and 2 days younger than Diggs. Of the top 32 receivers in the league, 7 are older than Hill, 6 are older than Diggs. [Thielen, K. Allen, DHop, Lockett, OBJ, Evans, Diggs are top 32 older than Hill]. Father time is undefeated in the NFL. Look how quickly Smoke and Beasley went downhill.
  8. I realize BB is famous for injury report smoke screens, but he has 8 of his 22 listed starters on the injury report.
  9. We have Isabella, who has elite speed, but don't use him.
  10. 49er's have a loaded roster, which means you have to pay attention to a bunch of folks. Aiyuk, Kittle, Deebo. Also McCaffrey runs behind Trent Williams, who is a running game cheat code. McCaffrey would get a lot more attention without such a stellar group of options.
  11. Philly canned Pederson within 3 years of WINNING a Superbowl with a backup QB.
  12. A super bowl ring....
  13. Re: Reid having 6 losses. - I think this is exactly what the league is trying to do. They would be thrilled if 20 teams still had playoff hopes in week 18. with 2 weeks to go they have 23 teams still alive for playoff berths, the "best" team has 3 losses, only 9 teams have 9 or more wins through week 16. With the salary cap; the draft which rewards the worst teams; and now the unbalanced schedule, having all these teams in the mix, means sellouts in December and higher TV ratings.
  14. Chargers were a short week, long road trip. Pats will be extra day, "normal" 1 PM game routine, last RS home game, and Pats on their second straight road game. Think our guys will be very focused. Knock on wood, weather looks passable for a 12/31 game in the OP.
  15. 49ers have 10 of their 22 starters graded in the top 10 at their positions. Including Feliciano as the second highest graded guard in the league. That front office certainly seems to know what they are doing.
  16. Look at today, 49ers have three turnovers in 22 minutes, trailing a team they have outgained 2-1.
  17. Kadarius Toney inactive today. What a surprise.
  18. If our WR's are so terrible, we should be at the bottom of the league in passing stats, and we're not.
  19. Spotrac says he could get $13.5 AAV in Free Agency. If he does that Diggs will probably have his agent speed dialing Beane.
  20. Don't forget Shakir, I think he can be Beasley 2.0.
  21. Not sure in this day and age you can pay two top tier WR's & a top tier QB. At least one of the WR's is going to have to be on a rookie contract.
  22. I suspect Bieniemy will get an interview if he is interested. He has a couple of rings, just saying.
  23. At least in 2023 - there is limited correlation between how much money you spend on the wide receiver room and how your team is performing. Of the 10 teams who spend more [2023 cap hit] than the Bills on WR, it looks like 5 of the 10 will not make the playoffs. 49 er's are 20th, spending $10MM less than the Bills, Ravens are 24th in WR spending, they spend half of what the Bills do on WR's. I say do whatever you can in the draft to get a top wideout [esp with elite speed that can take the top off defenses].
  24. Unfortunately my son and I were in Nashville for the original forward lateral, and we both said, Bills better have their heads on swivels. Fortunately the forward lateral was obvious even to the refs last night.
