    Problem these days with the transfer portal is you would have to answer "which one(s)".

    No elite #1 receiver that scares defenses. A lot of contracts that are poor value for the production we see. Not one current player on defense who opposing teams have to account for on EVERY play [e.g. Chris Jones, TJ Watt], unreliable kicker, invest a lot of money in special teams only to get burned, Injuries to key players [Cookie, Taron, Khalil, Ed], just to name a few.

    Downing was the Bills QB coach in 2014, same year Nathaniel Hackett was our OC coach under Moron. QB room was Orton and EJ Manuel

    When we signed Douglas there was some thinking that he would soon age out of CB1, and he has the size and smarts to play Safety. Do we see if Elam can be CB2? [Assuming Benford is now our CB1] and when Taron comes back look at possibly moving Douglas to Safety. Our safeties have been burned for two HUGE plays [Henry & Collins] in two weeks.

    With the money we are spending on our front four, scratching my head why we can't get to the QB in a game changing moment. Realize we didn't have Ed O & Von, but AJE, Groot, Daquan have got to generate some pressure. Texan's OL was nothing special; grades out below 50%ile.

    We've got to get some pieces back for the Jest's game. Hoping that Taron, Khalil, Oliver, Rapp are all on the mend and that Josh avoids concussion protocol. Thought that Bernard played OK, esp in the 2nd half for his first action in a while. Without some of those guys the Jets game will be a tough one.

    PS Elevations? suspect at least one has to be either Ankou or Jonathan, due to missing Ed, Von, Johnson; other could be tougher, DB-Jackson or Cine? or WR-Hamler is a slot with experience.
