Eat Crow: Your most embarrassing Bills opinions

He was great at Louisville… all he needs is a shot. -Brian Brohm take -
I once had a dream that a woman that I used to date and I were getting back together… except it wasn’t her, it was a significantly hotter actress that was playing her (it was a long time ago and I don’t recall who it was). Things were going well and we were headed back to her place when, in a matter of seconds, it started to rain… then it started pouring… and then I found myself alone, on a boat on the Niagara river… and then I woke up annoyed and really, REALLY having to pee.

Rumor is when Belichick first heard the news he asked if the charge was accurate, as he would have expected it to be for kicking the TSA agent in the junk like a little p***y, and then he realized it was Jack.

Bills signed a TE who's last name I can't spell

Saints. Wife is from NOLA, we lived there for 7 years until recently, and we still split seasons with her brother… it’s a bit hollow, though. I rationally want them to do well, but I watch them with very little emotional investment.

When you have Wrex Ryan’s dumbass Bad Santa-wannabe twin as your DC and his philosophy is “blitz until they beat it, then blitz some more” it’s hard to outscore your opponent.

Stef, I’m tellin’ ya, the Schnowman’s IQ has been tested…

Without day 3 of OTAs everyone’s excused from attending. If everyone is excused from attending, what is there to spend the whole day in pointless speculation about? If there’s nothing to engage in pointless speculation about then I’m more likely to do work. I don’t like working as much as I enjoy engaging in pointless speculation, therefore these events are vital to me maximizing my enjoyment of Thursday, dammit!!

Was it the bickering that led to SBs… or was it the fact that it was taking place between a bunch of future HOFers in their prime… 🤷♂️ 🤣

Why so harsh on the engineers? Trains can be fun…

I’m concerned if and only if PSE tells me to be concerned. And if they’re not concerned then I’m a lemming with an untested IQ who listens to Prodigy while ascending to not-so-great heights… or some such nonsense.

It was also suggested that after the Jets game and the UCL injury that he had to alter his mechanics, which affected the short and intermediate throws more than the long throws. Given the ball that he uncorked that hit Davis in the hands to end the Jets game… 3 plays after the injury… there may be some credence to that.

Your daily Josh Allen is pretty good at football update

I’m as impressed with Allen most of the time as the next Bills fan… when he’s done something impressive… but fawning over a casual 40 yard toss in shorts kinda rises to the level of teenage fanboy’ing/fangirl’ing… ooooohhhhhh he’s so dreeeeeaaaaammmmyyyy. 🤦♂️ -
Didn’t he change his name to lil’ Donte Hitler… kinda like Chad Ochocinco?
-
I guess it depends how they define “next to”. If Allen, for example, continues to hold on to the ball until the last second but advances with the RB, is it still considered “next to”? I don’t understand why the competition committee proposed this or why it passed. As someone said, seems like a stupid fix for a non-issue.

Looks like Ricky Williams is back in town and made a stop in coach's office to share a few brownies with him before the press conference. And what's with the pineapples on the backdrop... are they advertising for "adventurous couples with alternative lifestyles?"
-
He made the single most stupid and costly play of the whole season against the Vikings by going for a pick on 4th and forever on a ball that, if not for him suspending it in the air, Jefferson had no chance at catching. That situationally oblivious play cost them a bye in the playoffs. He should have been cut that day.
-
Except that after the KC game last year, and both the Miami and Cinci playoff games this year, it would have been easily justifiable to outright fire him and still “manage the optics” regardless of his race and regular season numbers. They’re a SB contending team whose defense, which leads many metrics in-season, sucks ass in the clutch. The way they approached it may be completely transparent, and it isn’t likely to change a thing in the end, but they approached it this way to try and let Frazier save face IMO.

Love the Pacman Jones anecdotes. Re AJ, maybe he just has some involuntary blinking reaction to the word “dude”.
-
Looking more and more like the Bills and Frazier tried to find a way of moving on while crafting a narrative that would be the least damaging to his future coaching prospects.
