You don't see a difference between wanting more targets for Watkins and wanting a player to deliberately try and [re]injure an opponent? That's not a tactic, it's being a douche. I sure hope you do and are just trying to be a dick for whatever reason.

Lower Bowl - Security Asked Us to Sit Down
CodeMonkey replied to jimmy10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I do as well. The problem then becomes which sections. With so many season ticket holders who don't want to move it becomes even more difficult to figure out. But I think ultimately it would solve a lot of problems and make for an overall better fan experience once they got past the initial headaches. -

That's exactly what some don't seem to get. -
Lower Bowl - Security Asked Us to Sit Down
CodeMonkey replied to jimmy10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's a huge burden to sit in the seat provided? Golf is a standing sport for 17 holes because there are no seats. There are bleachers on the 18th and people in them, guess what, sit. -

If you insist on standing and being drunk, you can go to a bar and do both. That is also a fact. And you are wrong, telling a Bills fan they should not go to a game because they cannot stand throughout it is both rude and amazingly ignorant. -

Remove the seats from as many sections as necessary and have standing and sitting sections. You cannot sit in a standing section or stand in a sitting section. Problem solved -

WTF, how does that tin foil hat fit. -

And that's exactly the point. Standing does nothing to help the team or make you any louder. Some long time, even lifetime fans can't stand the entire game. You have seats for a reason, be a little courteous to your fellow Bills fans and use them. Should be common sense. -
The Bills Won Today because You....
CodeMonkey replied to It's in My Blood's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I finally have one this week. My 17 year old son took his younger brother, and a friend of his who had never seen a Bills game before in his 17 years on this planet, to Buffalo Wild Wings for the game. It was the first time my sons had gone out to watch a game as well. Lots of firsts! -
The Neilson thing still exists, but I'm sure there are other ways. About a year or so ago my wife agreed to do it. She had a journal that she filled in every time she watched a show. Once a week or so they called her and she read them her journal. That went on for a month I believe. There is no way for them to tell with OTA and Satellite. Even with cable, all the signals come in through the wire and your box filters out the channel you select. With things like PPV they could gather stats if they wanted to. But not normal cable.

I was wrong, and I don't mind saying it..

Careful, I got one of the dreaded warning points for less than that -
In a perfect world, maybe. But everyone gets evaluated on their entire body of work. However I strongly suspect his contract factors in to any decision as well. Firing him so soon, mid season, with that [insane] contract with all the money guaranteed would make the Pegulas as well as the entire Bills FO look really !@#$ing inept.

538 downgraded the Bills chances of making the playoffs after last nights game from 11% to 10%. -
I think in-season firings of head coaches as well as OCs and DCs are generally pretty stupid. Even more stupid in the first half of the season. If that's going to be done you do it at a point where the replacement has some time and preseason games to get in sync with the team. Not like how the Bills did it with Roman, 2 freakin games into the regular season. But that being said, I fully expect the next two games to be epically humiliating for the Bills. I mean, BellyCheat just beat the Texans 27-0 with a 3rd string rookie QB for gods sake. If the Pegulas would fire their OC after 2 games in the regular season, they may be embarrassed enough after these two games to **** can Rex, who knows at this point. Rex's saving grace may be the dumb contract he was given. The Pegulas may not be embarrassed enough to keep paying Ryan so much money after firing him early on. It would make them look stupid as well.

None. Pretty much the only football at all that I watch is the Bills. The game itself has lost it's appeal to me. -
I would expect a Pats W if Jimmy G. was healthy and playing, but not a blow out the way he played the first 1.5 games.

Week 3 Predictions: Cardinals at Bills
CodeMonkey replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well I'd guess some were betting the Bills and they wanted to even the betting out a bit. Teams generally play better right after a coaching shakeup for whatever reason, maybe that's why the betting happened? I don't know, but it's hard for me to see how the Bills manage to keep it within a touchdown this game. -
Rex Told Lynn That Lynn Would Be The Next Head Coach
CodeMonkey replied to birdo67's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Actually not that crazy of an idea. Not MASC, but a talking head on one of the network pregame shows. He has the right personality to be popular there. And the buyout makes it an even more attractive opportunity for him. He gets to sit around eating bar food and talking football and get paid well to do so ... on top of the Bills still paying him. And not have to worry about saying or doing the right thing. Doesn't get much better than that. -
It's Official, Rex is Delusional

As odd as that sounds, I don't remember people thinking the season was over 5 days and 2 games into the season when they were here.
