If I remember right seeing it on TV, Rex was yelling at the refs and some assistant with a headset on ran up to him and said something and then he calmed down and got the spike to happen. Solid coaching teamwork is what it looked like to me.

Every true Bills fan wants the team to win. But there is clearly a significant percentage of people that do not have winning as a requirement. Seventeen years into the great flood of mediocrity and still having a record number of season ticket holders proves that. Bills fans as a group are loyal in the extreme, perhaps to a fault.

Most people already figured he either wasn't playing or was going to be a non factor due to the injury. Betting lines typically don't move on player announcements unless it is something very unexpected and very important, like say Brady suddenly not playing because he was on his period. A money shift moves the line generally. Shady not playing was very expected.

Sooooo true and well put. Watch one DVRd with no commercials some time. It is a very different experience.

Baseball has that nice between innings space that is perfect for commercials, plus bonus commercials when there is a pitcher change. For the most part, footballs are artificial which makes them painful. I watch Bills games DVR'd as well. Works out well usually to watch while eating dinner with the game taking 75 minutes ish. Just far too much deadtime otherwise for me, plus it kills the entire afternoon. Not sure what to do about Monday yet, but with the late start we'll probably watch it during Tuesday dinner. Doesn't look like that game will be a barn burner anyway.

Everything seems to go their way because of far better coaching, one of the best if not the best QB of all time, far better front office, and better players in general (due largely to the FO). It sucks, but NE is just the better team in every way except for fan base (I mean, how many teams have a fan throw a dildo onto the field or body slam other fans through flaming tables, of drink alcohol out of a girls ... well, you know!
