I agree with you. We know for a fact now that Edwards and Fitz are not starter material. This kid playing in basically his first game, with a new team, with no OL, a receiver (TO) that throws him under a bus for the first INT, an OC that is a joke at best, and a game but just not capable (at least not yet) HC. Of course he didn't do great. But he showed me more than Edwards did this season already.

I didn't think about you poor suckers .... err .... fans that have seasons this year. Selling the tickets at face would have been a good way to end the season. Sundays game is apparently not a sell out yet. If it wasn't before yesterday I doubt it will be. TicketMaster has tickets, but there is no way on there that I know of to know how many are left. StubHub has 1021 listings now. 200 level (end zone) going for as low as $15 ... for a pair!.

Read more carefully. I never said anything about a win or the season not being over. I do NOT want the game flexed. Its bad enough watching this **** during the day. I do not want the Bills embarrassed any more than necessary.
-
As a Bills fan I not only like the decision, I love it. 1) No reason for Manning/Wayne to even make the trip to Buffalo next week. 2) No reason to flex the game. 3) We might not be as embarrassed as we were today by Atlanta if we play the colts scrubs. Perfect season is bull ****. What people remember are superbowls. If the colts win the superbowl the colts fans won't even remember giving away the perfect season. Now the ones that might rightly be pissed is the network that could have been showing the quest for the perfect season in prime time

Bills-Falcons Official Game Thread

The first one TO was more to blame than Brohm. The second one was all him tho. Pick 6 if the defender didn't stumble. -

They don't have a kicker. That's why all these 4th down attempts. -

And me, the ultimate dumbass, didn't make a bet and give the 9 points. I must be a Bills fan. -

Wait just a minute ... Lil Donte getting physical????? OK, they can't field a punter or a FG kicker. A backup DE is kicking off. And we are getting our asses handed to us. OK, it is past sad and is now officially funny! -
I can't believe I sat this one out instead of giving the points. What a dumbass I am.

Kicker hurt no wonder they went for it. -
I actually expected a few more points given the fact that the on field lineup for the Bills will read like a synopsis of the NFL practice squads. But I guess Atlanta hasn't exactly been setting the world on fire either. Sounds like another demonstration of football excellence coming up eh.

If the Colts are 15-0, will NBC flex the Bills game?
CodeMonkey replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If the colts win this weekend I suspect the Bills game gets flexed. -
Man how things have changed from the 5-1 point of last season and all the "In Trent We Trust" huh (not specifically you Astro, but Bills fans in general). Pretty disturbing. All the Trent bashers should probably realize that no matter who was playing QB the last couple of seasons, be it Favre, Manning, or Kelly, with a **** HC, a **** OC, and a all but non-existent ****ty O-Line no one would have looked good and they all would have taken a physical beating. Now I'm not saying that Trent ever had the skills of the aforementioned QB's. But again, look at the facts. He was drafted in the third round with the 92nd overall pick. How could you expect Edwards to be as good as say Peyton Manning (first overall pick)? You can't. So all you Trent bashers who claim to "bleed red and blue" please remember one thing. Edwards has suffered 3 concussions (that we know about, some claim more) for "your team". And based on recent medical studies that does not bode well for his future quality of life. So keep that in mind before you type your next "don't let the door hit you on the ass on the way out" post. You do not have to love him or even like how he has played, but if you love the Bills as much as you claim you should at least respect the man.

Looks Like Brohm is starting This Week

Evaluate what, how many hits he can take before getting a concussion? -
A poll for all current season ticket holders.

I'll say it again, this vote is much closer than I would have expected here. This should be an interesting offseason. -

Wow closer than I was expecting so far. I was expecting most to answer yes to both. -
time to play ALL the backups....
CodeMonkey replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You are forgetting though that Fewell is still auditioning for the job next season. Why would he empty the bench now. He is fielding a bunch of scrubs already as it is. -
Is Brohm the future or do the bills go for another?
CodeMonkey replied to zer0vette's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I tend to agree. Why give him his first concussion now with this season over already.
