  1. Nice avatar. I made a bet with my son a month or two ago that if the Bills draft Tebow I have to buy him a Tebow jersey. I'm thinking I just may have to cough it up. Wonder when China would have them?
  2. With the 9th overall pick the Bills select ... anybody. Trade down Buddy!
  3. 1: Jim Clausen - SF 2: Tim Tebow - Buffalo 3: Eric Berry - Cleveland 4: CJ Spiller - Denver 5: Dez Bryant - Pittsburg
  4. A friend of mine told me this, and it makes sense to me so it is now my prediction
  5. No. But at the same time you can not automatically assume that anyone, athlete or otherwise, is guilty just because a girl says so either. It is obvious that many people here made such an assumption immediately upon hearing the story.
  6. According to the TV listing: ESPNHD - 140 - Thu, 4/22, 7:30 PM 3 hrs 30 min So they figure it will go until about 11pm. They must not think teams will use the full 10 min. (210 minutes with 32 picks = 6.5 minutes avg per pick). So if that avg holds up I guess the Bills go on the clock at about 8:23.
  7. OK draft experts. What time do you estimate the Bills will go on the clock for their first pick (barring trading up/down)?
  8. Reason? Their crystal ball have video from inside the bathroom?
  9. Huh? She was at what, 3 different bars that he was at? Wouldn't you assume she was at least 21 if she was in 3 different bars? I probably would. What's he supposed to do, ID every girl he was sex with in a bar bathroom?
  10. You know about daylight savings time. I propose Bills savings time for your church. During the season, move everything up an hour. So 11:10 mass and you get to the restaurant by 1:15 and sit down to the opening kickoff. I suspect the Bills fans in your church would agree!
  11. Hahahahahahaa. Thanks. I needed a good laugh today
  12. Fishy, but worth a 4 game suspension minimum and "professional evaluation" before being able to report to training camp. The NFL is a interesting organization if nothing else.
  13. You gotta hand it to Sir Roger. He is not at a loss when it comes to bullshitting. And wields it well when he feels his bottom line is being threatened. Evaluated by professionals to see if he is fit to go to training camp. Maybe we will see him on that celebrity rehab show on TV. I think they have sex addicts on there.
  14. Hang out ... not sure. Sport F a pretty one in the bathroom of a bar .. not a big stretch for a lot of 28 year old guys if they had the chance. But I could be wrong as well.
  15. Gotta respect a person who walks the walk.
  16. Agreed, but horrible judgment does not make you a rapist. And I don't think he is being suspended for being an idiot (which he pretty clearly is). I don't know for a fact, but I have a strong suspicion that if Sir Roger handed out 6 game suspensions to every player who had sex in a bar with a groupie (drunk or not) some teams might not be able to field a team on some Sundays.
  17. Dude, she doesn't even know if they had sex or not, much less if she said yes or no. Unless you are saying for a fact that the police report was completely falsified and she didn't make the reported statements about not being raped and she was not falling down drunk?
  18. The NFL protecting its bottom line. Now that is the best explanation I have heard so far and it makes perfect sense.
  19. I admit this is far more extreme that I would have guessed. Particularly when originally I thought since there was no arrest for lack of evidence he wouldn't be punished at all. It makes me wonder though, if he had say been in a bar fight or accused of something other than rape, would Sir Roger have given this big of a suspension? Particularly considering that to my knowledge BR has never been suspended before. Rape is such that even a accusation can bring about strong feelings and reactions from people (obviously, just read the various threads here).
  20. I applaud the bolded above. That point seems lost on some. I don't want PigBen either. But it has nothing to do with his off field conduct. I just think he is overrated. The first SB was won in spite of him, not because of him. The second, eh. Granted he is a huge improvement over anything we have had for a very long time. But unless Pitt was giving him away for two 2nd's or less, I pass.
  21. Nov 28. Unless he does something else stupid there is no way he is out for us.
