  1. Ahh I think I see your confusion. Well If you had read the comment from Leonodis that I was responding to: What my comment meant was that I would take that one-year wonder over any of our quarterbacks. As you are aware, sometimes you comment on what a poster says, even if it isn't directly applicable to the topic. You know, like you did when you commented on my post.
  2. I'll type slower so maybe you can get it this time. It means I would trade any of our QB's for Sanchez without hesitation.
  3. So then Chan thought he had no "starters" on those cowboy teams? Didn't he have Aikman and Emmit Smith? What must he be thinking now I wonder.
  4. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/117909-saturdays-game-is-blacked-out/
  5. I can't speak for all young fans, but my 3 (aged 11 and under) are already Spiller fans (as you can see from my avatar!). Due in no small part to how great training camp is run. Hmmm. Maybe I need to take CableLady's advice and get them all Spiller jerseys (albeit Chinese ones)
  6. I think it was $10 last year, but yeah it went up. Scrubs play half the game or more, full price for adult tickets, $25 for parking, and still blacking out games is downright shameful. But it's the NFLs playground and they make the rules. And if you want to watch you have to play by them. I don't know for sure but I imagine the stations that would have broadcast the game if it sold out will replay the game at some point. If not Saturday, then sometime Sunday.
  7. Perhaps. But would you, or would you not, trade him even up for any QB on our roster? I would.
  8. Not sure about the old stadium, but the new one has "standing room" tickets. Maybe that's how they go over?
  9. If you want to see it, apparently you are going to have to go.
  10. Not to mention full price tickets and parking at the stadiums.
  11. +1 That assumes they work. I assume they are living in Mommy and Daddies basement.
  12. She doesn't like the girly pink ones
  13. I'd rather see them try Lindy. The kitties would probably be missing a few teeth
  14. Teenage kitties. What are you going to do.
  15. Maybe they should try him at tight end next.
  16. I hear you. But if you love Gailey so far, then you should probably trust that he knows more than you or I about picking his starting QB. Which by the way is not written in stone yet that it will be Trent on Sept 12.
  17. She obviously has not heard that the Bills are going 19-0 this season
  18. What I find amusing is that some people think that Gailey came into camp cold and has not watched film of the past few years. Gailey only has the players on his team to choose from. That he would come into camp with his offensive scheme and allow an open competition decide his starter is difficult for you to understand? My daughter I'm sure disagrees, but I do not see Trent as a long term solution any more than you apparently do. But this is not fantasy football after all. Gailey cannot simply click his heels together twice and have Peyton Manning as his starter. All in good time ... all in good time. Rome was not built in a day. I would not even dare try and tell my kids we weren't going ... enjoy
  19. I agree completely. I have not liked everything the Bills have done over the past 10 years and I have no problem saying so here as well as other places. But there is a time and a place for everything. And heckling a player at the open practice today was neither the right time or the right place.
  20. I just texted my wife and asked if she saw/heard anything. She said she heard some people being pretty loud but couldn't make out what they were saying. Then saw Gailey over there and did notice her area had lots of players after practice while the "prime" area with the hecklers had none. She also said my 9 year old daughter, a Trent fan, was closer and apparently heard at least some of it. And told her Mom she was going to go tell the 'jerks' to shut up or go home. My wife stopped her, but knowing her I'm sure she would have. But she now has a Trent autograph on a football and on her Trent jersey so she is a happy camper
  21. You would certainly think so, wouldn't you.
  22. I suspect Trent doing that would only have inspired the jerkoffs to do it more. Chan doing it, at the end I believe, was probably the best way and time to handle the situation.
  23. Damn, now I really wish I had recorded the camp feed today 1) The Bills are having a hard enough time selling tickets as it is. 2) They would mix in fine with the 20000 drunken idiots there any given Sunday.
  24. Hmmm. Maybe I read the wrong article. Was it Trent that spoke up or Gailey?
