  1. Does it matter? If anyone is stupid enough to offer a 2nd for Evans they sure as hell better take it. But I can't imagine anyone is that stupid.
  2. Actually he probably is in his last year. As per PFT ... His last year of the rookie contract can be voided based on how many games he missed in the first 5 years.
  3. Apparently a 6th, conditionally a 5th. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/120990-and-the-conditional-pick-is/
  4. Nice rationalization for the trade. Yup, no point crying about it.
  5. Hahahahahahahahahahaha Thanks for perhaps the most ridiculous analogy ever
  6. It should be televised in the Jags home market, which means there will be a network feed. You don't think the network talking heads would make a point to show some video of a large group of fans in Buffalo wearing bags on their heads? Not sayin' it will ever happen, but if it did it would get coverage even if the game was blacked out in Buffalo.
  7. Better start making your alternate plans if you want to watch Sundays game.
  8. What you are talking about is a competitive team, not professional. To the best of my knowledge they are getting paid (in some cases vastly overpaid IMO) which makes them professional. Like it or not (and I like most people do not) Mr. Wilson is doing the minimum required. Although a class action suit filed by season ticket holders pleading your argument would be entertaining Any lawyers with a pair in here?
  9. That was so long ago, and so short of a stretch, how is that even relevant compared to the rest of his time in the NFL. And that oft quoted Jerry Jones argument. But riddle me this, if Jerry Jones made such a big mistake firing Chan, why did he never even interview him again when he had openings ... much less hire him. Chan isn't a bad coach, but he also is not a great coach either (at least according to his employment history). He is a mediocre coach. People need to understand this and not expect miracles from the man.
  10. Absolutely correct. Mr. Wilson puts a product on the field and sells tickets to watch it along with team merchandise, concessions etc. If you like the product you buy it. If you don't like it you don't buy it. Simple concept, embrace it. Bottom line is Mr. Wilson meets his contractual obligation every week. It is your option to buy what he offers or not.
  11. Actually he got into the game yesterday for a couple snaps. But who's counting.
  12. I disagree. They should have known this is essentially the same team as last year with a new mediocre head coach. They made the choice to buy and now live with that choice. Besides, some (maybe even most now that seasons sales were down 11000) will continue to buy them no matter what. No need to feel sorry for them, they knew what they were doing.
  13. It is harder for them. They are used to watching quality.
  14. I think they put something like "Lassie" on in this case, not another football game. As per the NFL blackout rule no doubt. What looks worse, empty seats or seats filled with Steelers fans?
  15. So you are suggesting very strongly that the Bills start flailing and thrashing around, waive the players that thought were best during OTAs and preseason willy nilly, play practice squad players and anyone else they can find to sign, just to stop the fans from "abandoning the team"? And this is going to make them play better and/or help the (alleged) rebuilding that is going on? Dude, take a deep breath, back away from the keyboard and get laid or something. You are losing it
  16. So what's the Vegas line on the Bills Jags next week going to be now?
  17. Who hired Edwards in the first place? That is the dumb ass who needs to be fired.
  18. These choices are retarded. Who would give up a starting lineman for a 2nd WR? The Bills wouldn't get anything of value for him so why bother. But then again, it would save Ralph a bunch of money (far more than the Trent release) so why not.
  19. Even though I am shitfaced from a day of tailgating, at least I will be sober tomorrow. But the Bills will still suck ass.
  20. Start looking. The jags game reportedly had 10000 tickets left a few days ago. I can't imagine todays stellar performance is going to make anyone run frantically to get tickets to the jags game. Might make a few frantically try to sells theirs though.
  21. Can't you cancel and get 75% back?
  22. Yeah but the bar will buy the ticket anyway. It doesn't just show the Bills after all
  23. Its a free market economy. So to get them off the air: People stop listening. Their ratings drop. The station can't sell advertising. They get fired. So it is simple, to get them off the air stop listening.
  24. There is no need to punish your local sports bar because the Bills suck.
  25. Nice story, thanks for posting it. Hope he found the pinto for the ketchup ceremony that probably just ended
