  1. Yeah half-ish sounds about right.
  2. You cannot seriously think that was a well played game? Hard fought, I suppose. But a quality game?
  3. That is probably paid attendance. Bearls little bearing on how many people were actually there. Looking on TV I find it very difficult to believe 50000 people were there. Yeah, what he said
  4. Damn man .. now THAT is something positive!
  5. Oh good Lord that was a MISERABLE game to watch. Two bad teams slugging it out in the toilet bowl, and in ****ty rainy weather to boot. But Ditks is right, Gailey is coaching his ass off. And it is nice to see it recognized.
  6. I wonder what the odds are of the Pats game selling out the day after xmas.
  7. What I meant was he probably still considers them the worst team in the NFL and his reason for them not being is the overachieving thing.
  8. The fish are beatable and the way the Jets have played the past few weeks has shown they are beatable as well. But both of those games being away is not encouraging. I also think the way the Pats are playing now they could sleepwalk and still beat us. Bottom line, 0-3 or 1-2.
  9. Gailey is getting the absolute most out of his team.
  10. Hmmm. An insightful reader might also say that you are slamming the Bills for drafting like **** and you don't have confidence in Nix as a GM. Correct. But Sully did also say that the Bills are overachieving.
  11. "Dark decade", blah. "Decade of suck" is much better. He isn't wrong though. Delhome was more freaking terrible than normal yesterday and they fumbled what, 5 or 6 times? There were good things yesterday, like not fumbling much and playing within themselves given the weather. But Fitz threw what would have been a couple pick-6 against a good team. And aside from one very nice long TD drive, didn't do much consistently. The only one ripping off good long runs for either team was Fitz. Only thing worse than winning a game played that poorly is losing a game played that poorly. But a win is a win.
  12. This was the Bills and the Browns in one of the most boring, irrelevant (to playoffs) games possible yesterday. What did you expect, the best announcers to broadcast to the Cleveland market and a few people watching on DirectTV? More than half the stadium was empty, how many people do you think even watched that game? Yes, they sucked. Almost made me long for Tasker (almost). But turn off the audio and have the radio playing if the announcer bothers you so much.
  13. I guess you never know with King Rogers goon squad out and about. Besides it is not difficult and the primary sites have been mentioned here all season.
  14. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz But as a Bills fan friend tells me, any win is a good win
  15. Its always hit or miss. The better sites have been listed in threads from past weeks, those are your best bet but nothing is guaranteed to work.
  16. Ahh these feel good "their record might suck but the team doesn't" threads warm my heart and make me feel tingly all over. . . . Or maybe its just the 4 loko.
  17. !@#$ that piece of **** King Roger.
  18. This isn't college where all a RB has to do is run. This is the next level. There are plenty of college backs that can run very well and that's all. They generally won't amount to **** in the NFL. They certainly will not end up as elite backs. For touchdowns, say one back runs the ball the first 99 yards and someone else comes in and gets that last yard and the touchdown. Both backs are of equal value to you? At the end of the day one got 99 yards and the other got 1. The latter just happened to end up in the end zone.
  19. In my opinion a starting NFL running back needs to be able to: 1) Gain yards without holes being made by the O-Line that you could drive a truck through 2) Catch passes including running good routes 3) Block on passing plays I consider 1 and 2 of equal importance with 3 just slightly behind (but still very important). Scoring touchdowns is irrelevant as it is just yardage where you happen to be near the goal line. Regarding Spiller so far in his NFL career, I don't think he has shown consistent ability for any of the 3.
  20. Ahhh OK.
  21. So a RB being able to pick up a blitzing LB and keeping your QB alive and healthy is not important? Damn dude, I'm glad I'm not playing QB on a team you are coaching.
  22. At least for my taste he is far FAR too much of a homer. I have to say though that the last game I heard him do he wasn't nearly as bad as he had been.
  23. I haven't seen a number but I think a few thousand left and TV would have bought them. I'm guessing the number is considerably north of 3000.
  24. Yeah I am sure they are monitoring posts here not knowing what one effect of a blackout is. Seems like your paranoia meds have stopped working.
  25. Don't feel bad. Blacked out in Buffalo/Rochester as well. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/124344-this-weeks-game-is-blacked-out/
