Nothing official about that site any more than the one I like which is this one. Mine shows the highest probability (via their simulations) of the Bills making the playoffs at 94.9% but as others have stated it is too early in the season to take it too seriously. Another 5 games or so and then it has enough data to start being meaningful.

Your favorite moment from yesterdays win?
CodeMonkey replied to CodeMonkey's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I should also state my least favorite moment. A friend was raised in Conn. and is a Pats fan (I don't hold that against her, she is a good person ). She lives here now and took her sons to the game. Not having been to The Ralph before she and her kids wore Pats jerseys. Before the game a adult male intentionally shoved one of her sons hard enough to almost knock him down. Needless to say this is not behavior I am proud of as a Bills fan. I did explain that wearing opponents gear to a game is inviting all drunk !@#$s within a 10 mile radius to ruin your experience, but even still I guess I expect more from Bills fans. -
Your favorite moment from yesterdays win?

Ohhh yes I forgot about that. That was a nice one as well. -
Mine was after the 2nd (I believe) Brady INT. The TV camera followed Brady as he walked to the bench and sat down. Calmly removed his helmet and set it down. Then abruptly and violently yelled "!@#$" (the F word) at the top of his lungs. There was no audio but it was easy enough to read his lips because one of my kids commented "oh, he just said a bad word!".

The Pats absolutely did beat themselves. But the Bills took full advantage of every Pats mistake, good bounce, and questionable call that went their way. And also did not make many serious mistakes themselves. To me this has been the difference maker in all 3 games so far. The Bills do not hurt themselves, they leave that for their opponents and so far it has been working out exceptionally well.

Four INTs, no sacks--ever happen before?
CodeMonkey replied to John Gianelli's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There was not much pressure on Brady at all. The INTs were the result of the D line getting their hands up and making deflections, Brady hitting guys in the helmet , good luck that said deflections fell into the hands of Bills defenders, and the skill of the defenders holding onto the ball. The first INT was the result of a Pats receiver slipping and falling and florence making a very nice diving catch. A combination of luck and skill is hard to beat! -
NBC Sunday Night Football opening w/Faith Hill

Unless its a beef on weck, then she is a 9. -
The call on Wood was the very definition of a chop block. If you really saw that game like the bolded statement above, then you are truly a homer-god But today is a great day to be a Bills fan! The football gods finally smiled on the Bills so enjoy!

Of all former players giving the Bills props...

Chris Collinsworth(less) after the game: "The Patriots defense is bad. Really bad." You knew there had to be one. -
Some Bills fans amaze me. The Bills were the beneficiary of both calls and bounces this week and made the most of them both. Enjoy the !@#$ing win you whiney dumbasses!
-
The Bills got every bounce and every call this is true. But when the ball bounced to the DBs they held onto it. The D really came through today and the entire team played nearly mistake free. A very well earned win for the good guys! And watching Bellicheat implode at the end was the cherry on top for me. It brought tears to my eyes With only the shirt on!!!!!

Fitz is the perfect backup QB. Tough and smart. Can run the offense fine. But he has that odd throwing style that makes him inaccurate deep and causes him to throw 3-6 WTF balls (even on short routes) every game. That is the only thing in my opinion that keeps him from being a great starting QB. I also think it is possible that Brad Smith is a better QB for Gaileys style of offense than Fitz is. I haven't see enough (any really) of Smith running anything but the wildcat to make that determination for sure though.

From where will YOU be watching the game?
CodeMonkey replied to Whites Bay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
+1 My family and I were at the Sabres preseason game last night and watched the boys whup the stinkin Leafs. We will be watching the Bills try and make Marcia cry from home this afternoon. A Buffalo double header sports weekend! -
The Bills ... 4-12 last year and out of the playoffs for over a decade. This is the team you want to be a NFL feature? Geez.
-
Both true. But so was the Stevie. J. drop last season against the steelers. Woulda/coulda/shoulda doesn't count for squat. Fitz is not an accurate thrower and he will try and make throws he should not even consider, like the Chandler TD. But he did and it happened to work out great for the Bills that time. If it had been picked (as it should have) then the Bills almost certainly would have lost the game, been 1 and 1, and instead of all the koolaid threads this week we would have read about how Fitz sucks and we need to sign Palmer. It's all relative Enjoy the win my fellow Bills fans, enjoy the win and don't worry about what might have been

Self loathers and illogical are the ones that think the Pats will beat the Bills? If you compare the Pats to the Bills there is no logical reason to think the Pats can win? Self loathing or being illogical are the only possible explanations? I don't have any problem with people who give predictions like your score, even if I do not agree with them. But why do you feel the need to insult people who happen to think that the historically better team will also win this Sunday?

I get the impression that you are serious and I find that astounding, and I must admit a bit disappointing (not in you personally, but in society in general). I guess at the end of the day it all comes down to priorities.

This + one million times. Its a freaking football game for christs sake. DVR it and watch it later or the next day.

I would rather you use your brain instead. Gailey made the smart call. He was a man, a smart man to be precise.

I don't consider it a question of hope at all. I would be surprised if any Bills fan didn't hope the Bills will handle the next 4 opponents up to the bye the same as they have handled the first 2. But hoping and billieving are two different things. I hope the Bills will win the track meet next Sunday with the pats for example. My brain tells me it is not likely to happen however.
