  1. I was wondering if this was primarily about money ... how much he was offering to get out and go away versus how much she was looking for. Now it looks that way. No, it's not arguably worse at all.
  2. Kim Pegula statement back in May ... “We really enjoy our summers at training camp at St. John Fisher and the relationship we continue to have with the school. We have four years remaining on our current agreement with them and preparations are already underway for camp this summer. Rochester is an important market for the Bills, our entire company, and for me personally, being that it’s my hometown.” Seems like things have changed since I last went. My kids are all older now so I haven't been. The VIP area wasn't nearly as invasive then as now it seems. I suggest going on the last day of camp if possible. At least back then, and I think they still do this, the players go to the fences all around and give away stuff they used in camp. We have a Fitz autographed shoe around somewhere, plus QB hand towels (the ones they hang off their belts) and other stuff.
  3. Sure looked like it in the first preseason game, but still a long way to go.
  4. Well, him and King Roger.
  5. Probably so for the ice cream, it is pretty damn good there. And right next to JoJos and the pittsford pub. I had no idea Hicks & McCarthy's was closed.
  6. That ship sailed long ago, we all are associated with it. I think he was a kid just goofing around and fitting in. Like you said, it's not a big deal at all. He may have even been asked to do it, we don't know.
  7. At the end of the day (or camp as it were) only a few peoples opinions matter on who outplayed who, and Joe B. ain't one of them. Stay tuned.
  8. Are you sure? I looked at the tv guide for 8/9 and the Buffalo ABC station is listed as showing the game, but not any Rochester channel. Hope you are right, and they have shown the games in previous years, but where did you get your information from? Edit: Never mind, apparently tv guide hasn't been informed yet https://www.rochesterfirst.com/sports/buffalo-bills/news-8-the-official-broadcast-home-of-the-buffalo-bills/1328732865
  9. That sucks man. We live very close to SJF and my kids would always plan out what days they wanted to go based on who was going to be in the tent, so I know exactly what you are talking about.
  10. For the Bills sake, lets hope he can play. Offense goes from iffy to "wow do we suck" without him for any length of time. But the NFL could do their own investigation here as well. And any time a woman in a rocky relationship with a NFL player gets the crap beat out of her, it looks bad.
  11. Tell that to Roethlisberger ... From 2010 ... Roethlisberger Suspended Six Games. NEW YORK -- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was suspended for six games without pay Wednesday for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy and ordered to undergo behavioral evaluation. And he was never charged with anything. A NFL related legal analyst thinks a Bills star player might be innocent ... film at 11
  12. To me #3 seems the least likely. If someone was there for the jewelry they would have taken the jewelry. There would be no need to beat the F out of her. Lets face it, there are no rocket scientists involved here. #2 would require some intelligence on the part of the woman. So by default, that leaves #1. Occam's razor would also favor #1 One thing is certain. Only a few people know for sure what happened, and none of them are on this board posting in this thread.
  13. Shady has more than enough money and the right lawyer to pay the woman off if necessary. I can't imagine he'll do any jail time even if guilty.
  14. Plus the all important question ... what does King Roger do, if anything. The big-ben incident has set a precedent.
  15. Shady certainly has enough money to get good lawyers and pay the woman off if need be. But even a big-ben style suspension would put a heavy hurt on the Bills season. Stay tuned I guess.
  16. When did they legalize recreational pot in NY? ?
  17. The locations usually change practice to practice and are announced shortly before they are available. At least that's how they have done it the past few years. The same chains (like Verizon for example), but different stores.
  18. How long have you been a Bills fan?
  19. Helpful hint for those wanting multiple tickets. I think the limit is 4 per person per visit where you pick them up. So my wife took all the kids that were home with her and they went in individually and got 4 each. Then went to another store and did the same. repeated as necessary for all tickets needed for all practices desired. Yeah, we supplied a few out of town people for a few years
  20. Tickets are required for night and weekend practices only, just for what you said, overcrowding. They are free, but can be a bit of a pain to get. In the past, my wife has gotten some for us and I asked her to get extras for TBD people and either mailed them, or they met me somewhere for a handoff. But we have no plans on going this year so she won't be getting any. http://prod.static.bills.clubs.nfl.com/assets/pdf/2018-Training-Camp-Schedule.pdf
  21. According to the Bills camp website, they still do have the tent.
  22. Get there early and catch them coming out onto the field. Some will go to the fence at the end of practice, again near where they go into the building. They used to post a schedule of the 3 players per day that were going to be in the kids autograph tent after practice. My kids used to look at the schedule and figure out which days they wanted to go. However I heard a rumor they don't have the tent anymore. The players do tend to go towards the hot women at the fence, so camp out by a group of them if you can.
  23. 6.5 is a number that keeps my money in my pocket. QB is a complete unknown. The O-Line is suspect at the very least. The Bills could go 10-6 if the cards fall right for them like they did last year, or just as easily 4-12. Too volatile for me at the moment. To quote the old movie wargames, the only winning move is not to play.
