No PI/holding on the turnover on downs that essentially ended the game is the biggest complaint I have seen, I have to agree with that one actually. But bad calls are a part of the NFL.

It would be too difficult to "rig" games and have it not leak. But there are more than a few NFL fans, not just squealer fans, who firmly believe the NFL wanted Chiefs + Swift vs Bills who point to the 2nd half of todays game officiating as proof. I am by no means a conspiracy theory person, but they did get some help today. It does help my world domination plan. Swift comes to Buffalo and falls in love with the city and its people. Meets T Pegula and buys both the Sabres and Bills so Terry can spend all his time with his wife. Hands of gold Swift brings the cup and superbowl to Buffalo!

Just answer me one question. How could it be scripted? Who is scripting it, who is benefiting? And how are they doing it with no leaks. For it to be scripted at a conspiracy theory level, there would need to be a LOT of people involved. No one gets mad and blabs? No whistleblower gets approached and leaks? Come on man. Bad calls happen because the NFL rules are too anal retentive and abstract to be enforceable. That's what you are seeing as scripted. It's the same old "the refs hate the Bills" being the reason they sucked for so long.

Hamlin, IMO, is on the roster for the public relations bonus to the team. Or, to avoid the PR fiasco if they had cut him. But based on the CPOY definition... However it also says "who overcomes adversity to return to remarkable performance" There has been no performance really, much less a remarkable one. Hamlin will win because it is a very feel good story that the NFL loves to put forward to the public.

I expect it when mediocre players do it. It bothers me a lot when very talented players do it. And Josh not only does it all the time, but gets demonstrative to the officials claiming a hit to the head for example when it wasn't even close like Sunday. The only way to get rid of it I think is for booth reviews of all head contact and if its a flop, penalize and fine the flopper. It shouldn't take long. The Sunday flop would have taken < 30 seconds to review and reverse. Like the OP, it bothers me so much because Josh is so talented. And it cheapens his talent IMO.

Bills can only control their own games. They won what on paper were the hard games. Just win baby.
