  1. Yeah pay him franchise money. That will teach him a lesson.
  2. He understands the concept. He just doesn't give a !@#$ about the team.
  3. Douchebag. That is all.
  4. Johnson acted like s stupid !@#$ing douchebag !@#$ ... AGAIN. This is not the first time he has !@#$ed up this way and has been warned before. Anyone blaming Gailey for benching him has their head up their ass like Johnson does. Johnson's "feeling" right now is the feeling of a well deserved Gaileys boot up his ass. My respect for Gailey went up, and for Johnson went even further down today.
  5. Nothing makes me smile more than a nice Marcia bashing
  6. By then you have overpaid players on your roster with 3-4 years left on contracts and it is too late.
  7. The man, the myth, the legend will be there. But sans pinto I'm afraid.
  8. No he drives it to home games only. It was not at any away games. Ken was in SD of course, but not the pinto.
  9. Not the way the pats D has been playing. 4th quarter maybe.
  10. Step 1: Get a capable DC. Step 2: DC evaluates talent and meets with HC and GM. Step 3: Based on current talent, possible draft and FA additions the trio decides on the best scheme. I really don't give a !@#$ which one it is, as long as they don't suck again next season.
  11. The Pats D is not very good this year. Holding even the Bills O to 2 field goals does not seem likely for them. Hell yes he does! Drives it to and from every home game
  12. On the news last night they showed Marcia during practice and said he participated in stretching and agility drills only thursday. My opinion is they want home field advantage, so Brady will play if Bellicheat thinks it will take Brady to win.
  13. Because if you keep overpaying players you will eventually get up to the cap. And the Bills need so much help all over the field they need cap space available to sign good players. Overpaying average players is just not a good idea. If there was no cap I wouldn't care at all if Ralph paid him 6 mil or 60 mil a year. Whatever it takes is just plain silly and naive. If he asked for 10 mil a year for 5 years all guaranteed you would be for that? Come on man. You sound like he is the best receiver in the NFL instead of the best receiver on a team that hasn't sniffed the post season for 12 years.
  14. With the expanded camp roster and his performance based contract I see no reason not to let him come back if he wants to, and is able to.
  15. Briere > Johnson
  16. It's not the ones 200 feet from me I care about. It's the ones sitting right next to me and making me want to puke from the stench. Not sure why the Bills or the NFL care about smoking areas in a outdoor stadium though. Or concern about being in said parking lots when people are around who have been drinking all day and decide it's a good idea to drive. Live and let live I say. Let the addicts have a smoking area far away from the rest of the people. But at the end of the day I'd still rather have a smoker sitting next to me than a drunken !@#$ raging alcoholic.
  17. Makes him a perfect fit for Fitz. Not madness. Think about it, Buffalo is a small dirt poor city and almost always looked down on and viewed as an underdog. It's only natural for Bills fans to also gravitate towards the underdog players. Plus, what the hell else has there been to be happy about the last 12 seasons.
  18. Ok that is a lot more reasonable Not according to this site.
  19. Seeing as how that would put Johnson in the top 10 paid WRs in the NFL I would certainly hope so. Assuming Nix sees Johnson as a top 10 WR in the NFL that is certainly possible. I don't see him that way, but who knows. 15 mil signing bonus as well huh. Why not guarantee the entire 35 mil as well. I wish you were deciding my salary and bonuses
  20. That would put him at number 8 for WRs according to this site. Seems like a lot of money for him, but not a outrageous starting point for negotiations.
  21. The stadium would be too quiet if people were stoned instead of drunk.
  22. You forgot: Unbridled optimism Cautious pessimism
  23. I hope he tests the FA market then signs with Buffalo for a fair price. The problem I believe is that Johnson thinks he is worth #1 WR money and Nix wants to pay him at most #2 WR money (if not less). Several teams should be interested in Johnson, but I don't see any of them showering Johnson with stupid money with other better choices out there. Let Johnson see his market value for what it is and make his decision. But if after that happens Nix does not step up to at least that fair market value then I have a big problem with him.
  24. With all due respect, it does not seem to be the same idea at all. I don't want them to pay for their own insurance to the tune of $10,000 a year say, then have surgeries, ongoing treatments and meds to the tune of $500,000 a year and drive up everyones health insurance costs. I want them to pay the $500,000 a year because it was their choice to put the carcinogen into their body. If they don't have the $500K then they die.
  25. Frustrated Bills fan wants to blow it all up again. Not exactly news like you say. Not sure I see a reason to get your knickers in a twist over it though.
