  1. And it wasn't the fault of the regime before them, or the one before them .. ad infinitum (or is that ad nauseam? Or both?) ... The "negativity" is towards the Buffalo Bills as a whole, over the many many years. Not just the people sitting in the offices right now.
  2. No no no they cannot fire him now. If they do that, who will they have as the human sacrifice at the end of the season?
  3. He looked good standing on the sideline and a couple throws. Pretty much it. Don't get me wrong, he could be very good someday if he develops. But he is no where near ready to be playing now.
  4. You forgot Pegula herself ... then at the very end, Peterman.
  5. The big problem is hearing that year in and year out for 20 years gets old, ya know.
  6. I listened to espn sports radio driving to work today, Eli was definitely not getting a pass ... not in the least.
  7. A Rochester sports director said last night that Watson is listed as questionable and was limited in practice yesterday, but said Watson himself said he is playing. I doubt anyone with a punctured lung would be practicing at all, and he did finish out the last game with whatever is wrong with him. We'll see. No matter who their QB is, I think the Bills D will do a good job. The problem is with the Texans D line and the Bills O line, I'm hoping Josh and Shady stay out of the obituaries.
  8. So do the decades of suck, just sayin.
  9. It won't be on in any bars if that's what you are hoping for. NFL gamepass is a streaming service available outside the US only and they have a 7 day free trial. Sign up there, or sign up before you go if you have a VPN and watch on your phone or laptop or whatever. Wifi is everywhere there now particularly in the hotels. But honestly if you have never been there, for gods sake don't waste an entire evening watching the Bills in your hotel.
  10. I was figuring on 7-9 to 9-7 with Allen on the bench for at least the first half of the season. Draft or acquire a competent OL and a couple WRs off season. Not a lot to hope for, but looking like I won't be getting the first two anyway.
  11. Mushrooms were mixed in with the gabriels gate wing sauce.
  12. Been there but a little closer to the 50, I agree, perfect view from there.
  13. Great price. Where are they? At that price it makes me wish I had the desire to go.
  14. Ooof. Sounds like 4 would be a much better number.
  15. Some think that since the Bills have been mediocre (at best) for a very very long time, buying seasons is their way of supporting the team and helping to keep them in Buffalo. Ideally they would get their money back on the games they cannot go to, but that's less important than what they feel is team support.
  16. If I had a solution I'd be making millions of dollars a year as a GM.
  17. The Bills are pretty much where I thought they would be. Except that I was hoping Allen wouldn't have been put in before now.
  18. My thought is, is there ever going to be a loss where there isn't one or more threads complaining about a perceived bias against the Bills?
  19. I gotta go at least 90% on that man.
  20. That was inexcusable, rookie or no.
  21. It's a bird .. It's a plane ... For the hurdle ... Oh F$%#, coach is going to be pissed at me!
  22. I find people who make statements like yours to have the narrow reference frame. If you are looking for blue collar "things to do", Buffalo is as good as any and maybe even better than most. If, however, you are looking for more "culture" such as art or plays, or clubs and other high end party nightlife, or 5 star cuisine other than wings and Italian, and so on, Buffalo is probably not going to be your cup of tea. It all depends on what you are are looking for and enjoy doing. Personally I would prefer Buffalo to say NYC, but there are others who would go the other way.
  23. That's great to hear!
  24. Josh Allen (except for the hurdle ... we need you in one piece Josh, stop doing that ) OC Whoever called the plays on D (likely McCoach) Every viking that stepped onto the field. That was a hideous effort by every single one of them. Even as bad as week 1 was for the Bills, they were not anywhere near as disturbingly bad as the vikings were yesterday in every single way possible.
