They still have the pats twice, the bears, fish and jets both twice, and the lions and jags. After the pats that's 7 losses. So running the table except those games leaves them at 9-7 again. And even if by some miracle that happens, they would still need to get help to back into the playoffs again. This season was over before it began. I just hope Allen doesn't get injured worse or shell shocked so hopefully after this offseason is devoted to the offense, the Bills might be worth watching next season much like the Sabres have become worth watching this season.

I have for a couple seasons already. Record games while out doing something with family and friends then watch the game commercial free during dinner with the family. I can't see any reason to give up even one Sunday afternoon for this team. Not sure yet what I'll do about this Monday, probably record and watch during Tuesday dinner. Absolutely not worth staying up to watch that.

They did replay it at least on the feed I was watching. Two hands to the facemask shove well after the play right out in the open. In other words, a typical Hughes. The commentators comment was if the refs see you using two hands like that the call is automatic.

There is logic behind the sarcasm. The NFL is all about money. Most of their revenue comes from TV contracts. TV contracts go up and down depending upon ratings. Non hard core football fans will like a shootout like last night and not like 12-9 games. Do the math.

Fair enough, there is. And some is deserved to be sure for what is happening with the offense this year. But what has happened with the defense is also on them. With the same record the team had many times during the drought, but yeah they did what they needed to and backed in.
