  1. I've never seen anything that states as a fact that the colts footballs were tested, is there anything definitive?
  2. The haven't worked out with the team even once. They don't have many facts at this point. Unless they come out and say that, there is not much but whitewash and bull ****. Besides, most fans want to hear the feel good story this time of year, so I would expect the coordinators to feed the press just that. They gotta help Russ sell those tickets baby!
  3. Won't be watching. Don't care.
  4. Winner! Although Dear Tommie might be better
  5. I remember that, and wonder how he would know one way or the other. He doesn't have a headset, or a receiver in his helmet, ever.
  6. And that really is the bottom line.
  7. Easy out for that ... "we have no comment due to the ongoing investigation by the NFL".
  8. Really? Gordon is failing repeated drug tests. Williams didn't have the skill to get on the field for the Buffalo Bills. And incognito is of the same talent level as Lynch or Sherman you are implying? You will need to do better than that.
  9. bull ****. And do you know why? Because they are both very good. The Bills gave up Lynch for nothing and one reason was his character. Winning teams worry about winning, not about their players being boy scouts. As long as they can play they will do so and be well compensated for it. Blackballed, please.
  10. Anyone who cares about deflategate at all shouldn't even watch the superbowl.
  11. Not a chance. The NFL will not do anything that will substantially lower the quality of it's marquee game. There is far too much money involved.
  12. It would be important to me because I want my son to grow to be a man of character. In this case the lack of character of the Patriots organization is already well known and documented, their character is not going to improve one way or the other.
  13. It always has been a joke.
  14. NY is tax at source at least for players but I suspect coaches as well which would mean he would pay NYS tax on the 4 mil. But I'm not 100% sure.
  15. If you like Rex, why wouldn't you automatically accept his hires?
  16. Based on everything I have read, the situation was what Kelly stated. But unless Rex told the reporter(s), we will never know for sure.
  17. Some are complaining that Seattle saw that the Bills were going to dump Lynch for off-field reasons. They saw more on-field potential than the Bills did. Smelled the desperation and proceeded to rob the Bills blind and steal Lynch for a 4th. It can be theorized that Lynch wouldn't have gotten as good in Buffalo, or he would have run over another hooker and gotten suspended, or any other potential negative thing you can think of. None of which can be proved or disproved. What is fact and cannot be refuted is that the Hawks got a game changing RB that has been instrumental in their success, including a ring and maybe another, for a 4th round pick and that the Bills were the other party in that trade and have to be considered the losers in that deal by any measure.
  18. Of course they do, Seattle fans are not stupid. Lynch put the team on his back yesterday and was a big reason they won that game. But saying that doesn't fuel the Lynch hate flames.
  19. Yes they did, several times. Lynch is another reason some Bills fans do not like Seattle. They get their panties in a bunch when an ex-Bill blossoms on another team and becomes a major impact player. If said player gets a ring or two in the process that just fuels the hate even more.
  20. My son is a much bigger football fan than I am and he says he isn't even going to bother to watch this year. Also mentioned wanting them both to lose. He was hoping for Pack/Colts. I'm sure he'll watch if the Pats get disqualified for "ball-gate", but it's the Pats so how likely is that. Sadly, the show is going to be on a delay so they can dump out any such malfunctions. Well, Rex promised playoffs so can the superbowl be far behind? This is all true.
  21. The Bill were afraid he would do another stupid thing and get suspended. Plus, they didn't need Lynch because that had CJ Spiller.
  22. Rex's defense you saw on the Jets. He stepped into this one already built.
  23. Yes I do. Most of all, Rex wants to be a head coach of an NFL team. After Atlanta and SF didn't want to dance, the choices were dwindling. I'm sure he wouldn't have taken the job if he thought it was going to completely suck. He would have just gone to TV. The Bills were not his first choice, but that is no big deal and no reason for anyone to get their panties in a bunch. He is still a name, will certainly get press coverage, and will undoubtedly give the job his all.
  24. Agreed. It is not unusual at all for a new HC to bring in his own staff. It just makes sense.
  25. Why do people have such a hard time seeing this. He took his option out as was stipulated in his contract. Nothing underhanded there. He had the option in case things didn't work out with the new ownership. Things didn't work out. Case closed. There are several things he will have to come up with creative answers to, but this is not one of them.
