  1. Wait a miniute: ~ 'Iron' Mike Ditka ~ Ray Rhodes ~ Ron Meyer
  2. Despite all the talk and speculation, I bet there's someone we're all missing... someone we'll all say 'Hell Yeah' when the name drops. Its someone tough and someone who understands (and likes) bad weather. Cower & Holmren are not out, only unready- unless I missed something (since I work for a living so I can support welfare mongers who hyper-reproduce).
  3. And the playoff structure of Major League Baseball makes the NFL look like a joke.
  4. Actually, doesn't Cheatown's hatred for Jacobs stem from letting Cam Neely and Ray Bourque pack their bags and finish their careers with other teams?
  5. Call me crazy, but it looks here (to me) that there's a hell of a lot more post season activity for the Boston Bruins over the last decade than the Buffalo Bills. I'd take Nancy Pelosi for an owner if it meant keeping the team in Buffalo. 2009 -- defeated Montreal, 4-0, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals lost to Carolina, 4-3, Eastern Conf. semifinals 2008 -- lost to Montreal, 4-3, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 2004 -- lost to Montreal, 4-3, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 2003 -- lost to New Jersey, 4-1, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 2002 -- lost to Montreal, 4-2, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 1999 -- defeated Carolina, 4-2, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals lost to Buffalo, 4-2, Eastern Conf. semifinals
  6. Can these lame threads please stop. Amen. Not to mention, we're only half way thru the season.
  7. Last I checked, Doug Flutie (from MD) was a pretty good QB in Buffalo, not to mention everywhere he was- compiling more wins than losses. What could have been if that CA Bum hadn't been stuck behind center in TN. Although, I do give credit to RJ- he played a hell of a game (that one game). If Flutie had played, TN wouldn't have had a chance to take the game with one last score. Brady was cold weather battle tested in MI. How's Marc 'Dirty' Sanchez fairing? Right. There are exceptions to every rule, but do you want to go that route (yet again) in Western NY? Have fun.
  8. Jack Kemp earned an exemption (from being from CA) thanks to toughening up in the military. Do yourself a favor and dig-up Dennis Shaw's and Vince Faragamo's stats.
  9. Well, well, well... not that JK agrees with stupid ole EvilBB, what do all your pussyfoots who argued with me previously think now? I'm not sure about Tim T, but if we're gonna take a warm weather QB, keep it on the East Coast.
  10. Yeah, right... Chef Donahoe... now he could cook. This team needs a Chef (to put his name on the line) and a Sous Chef (to actually do the cooking and boss around the cooks on the line), as well as a Front-House Manager (Russ Brandon). Otherwise, your just cooking at home.
  11. This would be cool, not only because he is a winner and a brilliant coach, but because, as far as I'd like to kill a terrorist, he would be the first dude to be involved with all teams within a division, as well as coach all three teams that claim to be from NY (the pair from Jersey and the Buffalo Bills).
  12. Because there's no place like home and a thing called Poetic Justice.
  13. I think T.O. should be sipping from the same bottle of Cognac over at Roscoe's next week, and each thereafter.
  14. I felt the same exact way (with a headache).
  15. I may not know Jack, but I like Jack. Herm would be plausible, but not terribly energizing for the phyche. Call me crazy, but I like Mike Tice (in some capacity). I like Jim Haslett.
  16. Russ Brandon is building a team with a coach he inherited. He drafted the Byrd Man and has managed to once again (even without Flutie) sellout the season. I am so sick and tired of you punks getting down on him. Polian could not build a championship team with Limp Dick as the Head Coach, nor could the Tuna.
  17. I believe our makeshift line only gave-up one sack last week. ... what was it... 2 sacks the previous week. Helps having a Qb with a medium set of balls. As I've previously mentioned, perhaps out run game would be better if our receivers might exert the slightest iota of effort downfield. At any rate- Fugk Peters.
  18. What? There's Fags in K.C.? How unfashionable.
  19. Are you kidding ME? You can't even spell COLLEGE. How do you like your current candidate, and the predecessor, and the one before? I'm shocked you could even spell candidate. Most knuckle draggers (like yourself) usually spell canidate. Beat it.
  20. First of all (you moron), I'm black. Just because something of color is mentioned, it doesn't mean you can be the hero and throw the racism flag. Hence, in actuality, you didn't get it... I'm saying that people of black color will bring the long-awaited success to the franchise. Regarding being an idiot- how many more 'sign Brady Quinn' posts do I have to endure? Beat it (you twink).
  21. Although I am a Flutieman, it was however, the grittiest game of RJ's career. He won that game for us (with one shoe on). I hate RJ, but it wasn't his fault Special Teams relaxed and choked.
  22. 1- Building relationships (amongst and with the players) 2- Controlled violence (the game of football); hit the opposition hard- it's legal 3- Teaching players to be more confident in themselves (*) The original post is going to be too heavy for this group, so take it away... ... Turner Gill...
