  1. The way a QB is acquired is definitely the key to having a good QB.
  2. It's always smart to throw your top pick at a guy that will need 2 to 4 years to be good enough to actually be on the field more than a few token snaps when the owner and COO are stoking the coals under your hot seat and demanding that you win now or you'll be hung from the nearest limb. It's logic is simply brilliant. It's only a whisker better than drafting a RB with a devastating knee injury who you know won't play a single snap when you are a lame duck. You'd think these coaches might actually be saying something like "!@#$ this ****. I hope Ralph fires me."
  3. Only the Buffalo Bills would sign a FA to play the play maker Will position in their Tampa-2, the position Derrick Brooks perfected, who is stiff, plays upright, and was more noted for his play as an edge rusher in a gadget zone blitz scheme after a single season with the Giants. (Nic Harris led the team in tackles today, which is the way the defense is supposed to work. )
  4. Peters was not the worst lineman on the team last year, although revisionism like that can make it easier to justify him being pedaled. Melvin Fowler was so bad they benched him for a guy that couldn't remember snap counts or even what formation they were in. As if it were merely accidental that they targeted a guy who scored "genius" on the Wonderlic...
  5. A T.O. temper tantrum would change absolutely nothing about the Bills. It would almost certainly be the final nail in the coffin for his NFL career though. I doubt he gives enough of a damn to throw away whatever is left of his fading career to be a side show for Burns and Smithers and maybe even a foil the media can pin terrible front office decisions upon.
  6. The Bills got Trent Edwards and C.J. Ah You. Fleecing?
  7. What do I do with this box of Sharpie's now?
  8. Here is some data for you two... http://www.nfl.com/players/jameshardy/care...ts?id=HAR108650
  9. That's the right point. Peters is history. But, the decision making that led up to him being traded is the real question for the Bills. Other than Jauron, all the same people that have been making these decisions are still in place. There is absolutely no question that the decision making being done in the front office is an unmitigated disaster. That structure has gone a long way towards poisoning the well. It's becoming a faded memory that the Bills organization used to be considered one of the truly elite and best in the league.
  10. Incognito is smiling today. Not that anyone would notice. <rim shot>
  11. Give him a bag of hash and tell him to have fun with his posse.
  12. He showed well enough to earn a ticket to training camp next year. Which is better than many others.
  13. At least he is tall, unlike DeSean Jackson.
  14. When you have a pathetic QB that you don't trust, a coach will often play outside the hashes to keep him from making the big mistakes. So, you see, it could've been worse than 31-3 and the coaching kept us in the game. Seriously, our offense has no chance. Stringing together more than 1, 2 first-downs is a small miracle.
  15. Yes. I've been here since the very beginning because I hate the Bills. Good to see that your analytical skills are still sharp.
  16. Likewise. Your act as the indignant Chumpion is hilarious.
  17. No. It may be 3-31, but we're playing a lot closer than that.
  18. Well. Stay enthusiastic, my fellow fan.
  19. The Falcons seem to be eating our defense in huge chunks now. Good thing it's not a problem.
  20. Sure there is. He's upset his team sucks. So, he needs to take it out on other fans.
  21. Dreams do come true. Shutout avoided!
  22. McGahee goes the distance. Oops. Holding. Called back.
  23. 3 and out. Returning to steady state now... Ah...
