  1. Best damn day of the football year for Bills fans. Wahoo! Time to throw our "Super Bowl" party! (Until they actually blow their picks anyway.)
  2. Had enough of the "trading up for that extra-special average joe blow player" have ya now? There you go, popping the little kid's new red balloon again...
  3. Didn't the Bills already try the JP Losman route? Doesn't seem all that long ago in fact. Jason Campbell is JP Losman 2.0.
  4. Sounds like a Bills move for sure to go up in the 20s for a guy projected to go in the 30s or 40s.
  5. If the Bills ever want to change their image of being a joke and farm team, they need to make decisions exactly like the Steelers who are another small-market team but with a now legendary history of success in the modern era.
  6. Just a guess, but the article says St. Louis.
  7. That's the way he and Levy wanted it and set it up, so not a big surprise.
  8. Too comical. Terrell Owens was the Bills #1 receiver last year and caught 55 balls. Holt caught 51 and 64 balls the past two years. Nothing indeed. In Buffalo, he'd be given the key to the city and a free bowling ball.
  9. True. Maybe the OP was thinking gorillas though?
  10. Maybe we need more women on this board to break the size obsession and get back to the idea that what counts is what you do with it.
  11. Meanwhile leaving DNA samples?
  12. "create ways to score" ... sounds like Tiger Woods. <rimshot>
  13. Well, just as long as he has copies of the pictures that Chuck had.
  14. When your team is already stocked with great talent, why make moves?
  15. Well, really, you want to be lucky enough to be there in the end and have a chance to make a kick and win the game. So, having a solid kicker is where it all starts, obviously.
  16. 9 wins in the honeymoon year? (What happened to Super Bowl? )
  17. Do nothing? But, but, ... we're on the same page now!
  18. He's an NFL NT, for crying out loud, and a damn good one when his legs are fine.
  19. He's listed at 5'10" and 195#. That's definitely not "plenty of decent size" in today's NFL. Hell, having seen the kid, I suspect those are even Flutie-ized numbers. Look, I'm not saying the guy can't play. He can. He's just on the small side of the curve. And, there are more than a few around here that really get amped up when the Bills build small.
  20. Best is more precisely a scatback.
  21. Still, if you throw out all of Belichick's (or Shula's or Landry's or Noll's) successful years, Jauron doesn't look so bad.
