Sisyphean Bills

On the last play, Posluszny gets absolutely blasted out of the hole. He ends up on the wrong side of the line of scrimmage, 5 yards downfield, and hopelessly out of the play. Can't really make out who the DE on roller skates is there, but that guy held the point of attack like a puff of smoke. Yes, Cornell Green is just a bystander on a lot of plays. Watching his own players get creamed by the player he should be engaging. And how can you miss Kelsay's "effort" in coverage. Seems his idea of coverage is to give the TE a push as he runs by, stand there, and then decide to run after the guy with the football since he has nothing else to do. Man, he sucks.

Martz is a total toolbox. Did you see that game last night? Keep throwing the ball, Mike. Frankly, he should be fired for that gameplan.

Who are they going to trade? Kevin Williams might get a mid-rounder and that would leave them with no talent in the front 7. Lee Evans? Any teams in desperate straights for a guy that only wants to run 9 routes? Jackson? Any teams want to pony up for a RB on the wrong side of 30? Marshawn? We could get a 4th for him, but we're probably looking for something higher. Might be able to pedal McLovin to a team with a decimated secondary. Oh, and we could dump CJ Spiller for a 4th too. The rest is garbage. And if any of them do develop, then they'll be snapped up in free agency.

Littmann is an attorney that has made a career out of managing Ralph's portfolio in all/most of his ventures. That relationship is probably closer than most son-in-laws, or sons for that matter. I think Jeff's wife's name is Cynthia? Ralph's daughters are Linda (deceased), Cristy, and Edith.

How pathetic is it that a QB that goes 12 for 27 for 128 yards is considered "impressive"? Those numbers are horrific. On the other hand, I think I know what you mean because it looked like Fitzpantsdown was the only guy in a Bills uniform even trying at times.

The players have no clue what their assignments are in this hybrid brainpuck scheme. It's as obvious as the nose on your face. Receivers are running totally uncovered through the secondary play after play. Two and even 3 defenders fill the same gap against the run time and time again. These are so-called professionals.

Donte is the cornerstone of the Dick Levy build. Robinson was an over-the-hill guy brought in because he knew the system that Williams was trying to install. Oh, and the jock Donte left on the field is for sale on Ebay...

How about John McCargo? Traded back up into the 1st round for that guy and he can't even get on the field with the garbage.

Well for the 2 guys that are all excited about Kelsay's tackle totals, I did see him get in on a few piles there in garbage time. Oh, and he looked good standing next to the pile as well.

It still makes me laugh when I think we signed Green out of Oakland because Oakland replaced him with Walker who we cut to save money last year.

OK, let's be fair. Forcing the wrong players into the wrong scheme is a sign of brain damaged coaching. How's that?

The defense was making mistakes you'd see on a Pop-Warner team.

They took some half-measures. The moved Nix from "National Scout" to "GM of Football". The promoted Russ Brandon. They fired Guy and hired Whaley. The rest of the big changes were on the coaching staff and not the front office.

Well, when do they release Fitz?
