Ive been known to get anxious about the games and have watched alone on occasion as lame as that is. Getting past that playoff win (colts game) was huge for me. All that's left is to win the whole damn thing, and for whatever reason that's been super liberating. It's kermitish to me, but I don't hear the gravel lol.

I wonder who is occupying the "last spot," so to speak. It probably depends on positional need, but I'd probably move Butler if a rosterable player came into play and we needed to lose someone. Biased because I really don't see what Butler offers.

I don't give a ***** about national endorsements for Josh, as if it somehow validates the bills or city of Buffalo. Is it an indicator of having a good QB? Somewhat. Can't believe he's endorsing BWW though. Gross.

I hope my parents get to see it happen, but it would have to happen soon. And of course I'm in the same camp - I just want to see them win it all, so badly. This resonates. Going into the first season in who knows how long where we have legitimate super bowl aspirations, I'm not sure how I'll handle potential disappointment. It seems like such a fleeting opportunity (even though our longevity appears good), that it's hard not to get wrapped up in it.

Ben's arm had more pop than I expected when I watched him this preseason. Kind of unlucky that we got them early in the season when he can still throw actual NFL passes, but I still think we win.

Keeping Butler would be a mistake imo.

Of course not, but the situation was also not a strict dichotomy. Interestingly, when I created a thread on Addison's contract and its influence on his likelihood of making the roster, the prevailing wisdom was that while it's a crappy contract, performance will drive rostering and not the money. Who knows, I'm not up in arms about the trade I just liked Darryl as a low-end roster player.

Bummer. I like him on teams and as an end. Would much rather have said adios to Addison.
