    Yep. The rain seemed to make him "aim" his passes like game one and two, where it was more like pushing darts than really slinging it. He was still efficient at QB and hugely capable. But I'd like to see peak Josh show up against the chiefs, and I think conditions that prevent or discourage him from really putting some heat on his throws are less than ideal.

    I don't like it. Allen tries too much soft stuff in the rain imo and doesn't let it rip. Maybe it's recency bias.

    Yes, I'd like a win. No, the fifth game of a potentially 21 game season is not the end all be all. More than anything, I'd like to see Allen play well against them. I think it will go a long way toward our future prospects (and hopefully lead to a victory this Sunday as well).

    I'm really curious how we will respond as the chiefs make their plays. We've been able to gloss over a lot of sloppy play during these past 3 games against bad quarterbacks and teams. Could be a bit jarring to see how little room there is for error in a matchup like this.

    I've really been enjoying Oliver's play this year.

    Williams at guard has certainly failed in the past. Brown seems to be a quick learner. Seems like every week he's made a jump. Will be interesting today, that's for sure. Edit: saw good context about injury and scheme wrt Williams' previous stint at guard. I wasn't aware, but it's a good point.

    Moss has been showing up since last week's fumble. The balanced approach was excellent today. Well done to Daboll for play calling and Allen for letting the run plays happen.

    Same here. But this year is seems to be another level of poor performance and navigation channels. Totally agree on partial refund.
