  1. I thought about Spector, but some coverage was rough. I'm not the best judge of when a backer is at fault for that, though.
  2. Knew I forgot someone. I agree, I think he put himself in position to fight for a PS spot.
  3. Rush to judgment: Winner: Shakir, hodgins, araiza, the rookie cb tandem Losers: keenum, kumerow (by virtue of hodgins' performance) Who am I missing?
  4. I keep saying it (not that it's particularly novel), OLine depth is by far the weakest part of this team. It is barren.
  5. Hope Elam is ok. I thought he looked ok, and flashed potential. About what you would expect from him. Shakir looks like a player.
  6. I was pretty underwhelmed by Willis, Lance and Love. Each had a highlight play (one long ball a piece I believe), but otherwise it looked uninspired. I don't know if this is due to it just being preseason (and game one at that) or bring spoiled by Allen. Probably both, as well as the off-season being peak "highlight" season without watching all the incompletions...
  7. I think Wilson has potential. Didn't see the play where he got hurt but hate to see injuries. I don't want the jets to find a QB and Wilson is a jabroni...but I can't say I want injuries to be the reason.
  8. Safe to say those of us who follow the Bills closely remember the TD in the corner when Josh fired an absolute laser between two defenders. First time i had to watch a replay to actually see the ball. That opened a lot of eyes. I reread that thread yesterday as I got a notification about it too, and I remember your post.
  9. Which is kind of funny since our OLine depth is easily the weakest spot on the roster. I know that I'll be looking at other teams OLine cuts...
  10. I have it too and it effing sucks. I'd still suck it up and play week 1 if they ask me tho.
  11. None. Ain't my bag. But I've got some favorite bills apparel. I've worn a grey wordmark Nike hoodie down to the threads and I really want to replace it but bafflingly they haven't sold it in 10+ years. Every year it's a way to loud color like this. Bring back the grey dammit!
  12. He's great. But most of all I want him to bring us a Lombardi.
  13. We share a birthday and I wrote him a letter about it as a child. He sent back a note with a signed picture. Or it was my grandma. Either way, I was a happy camper.
  14. This is the most plausible critique to my argument that our OLine depth is barren. But even if we grant Qberry the benefit of the doubt, is there even another rostered player we can do that for? Does the next-best become a discussion of boettger's achilles?
  15. I agree. I have no issue with our starting 5, and it seems reasonable given the overall roster. I cant stand our depth. Waiting for news that we've picked up better depth players during cut-season...
  16. I had assumed Daryl Williams had signed with Jacksonville when I looked at Wikipedia last night. Tell me he's still available please...
  17. Singletary is undervalued by this board for sure, but I have no clue what his market value would be nor how we would value him against the cap.
  18. I think you're undervaluing Dane and Neal, and I think we've got a scheme to at least compete even with Tre out. But 🤷‍♂️. OLine depth to me looks like a legitimate long term (season length) problem.
  19. Tre, Taron, Elam, Dane, Neal (with McCloud, Lewis and Harris having some plays made in camp)...I don't think I'd call it terrifying. Especially with Poyer and Hyde over the top. The offensive line depth is almost criminal.
  20. OLine is the weakness by a mile. I don't dislike the top 5 (I'm higher on brown than some), but I don't know if I trust a single depth player. It's the only thing that's "controllable" (to a degree) that worries me about this team.
  21. Of course. We should have won it last year and we are smack dab in our window to win it all. I just don't think we'll get the 1 seed after the regular season.
  22. I'm not predicting 1st seed considering our schedule and OLine depth. Winning the division is my expectation.
  23. Thanks for saying this too, lol. I was desperately trying to quote the original quote. Absolute lunacy and the type that's all too common currently.
  24. I look forward to a fun season. I don't look forward to the season-long OLine frustration, but c'est la vie.
  25. This surprised me. I have a hard time seeing how Mayfield loses the competition.
