    It's plausible this is to provide cover for poor performance. I hope it's not, and is in fact the culprit in his inability to contribute this year. But I'm not pinning hopes on it.

    Perhaps I'm in the minority but I won't be mad if Beane stays. I think he would probably be a helpful partner to Terry for a HC search as well.

    Today was like clockwork. It's a shame. I'll forever be grateful for McDermott for making us a real team again. But it's over.

    He was worth it until the injury, and now the contract sucks, unfortunately. I actually think he'll be good next year but it's a real shame we "lost" him for half of last season and I'm assuming all of this season

    WR in RD 1 + a reliable veteran outside possession receiver in FA, and an RT in FA to boot. We can hope, right?

    My biggest questions for this team going into the season were: Dorsey, OLine, WR2. Dorsey has got to go. And Allen needs another WR who can separate.
