  1. Oh how I would love a trade down to pick up an ILB and an OLB in the first round, DE in the 2nd.
  2. I like Urbik.
  3. Maybe I'll get torn apart for this, but I think too many people are too quick to provide the caveat, "not a franchise/star/etc." I think he is a good qb right now, and I think he could blossom into a top 5 qb (a rough description of what I consider "franchise"). Is Brady the barometer here? Have you seen his offensive line play? A handful of qbs would look just as dominant with the coaching and line play of new england* - and I'm not taking anything away from Brady, he's an excellent qb. I guess my point is that while fitz may not be elite right now, I think he has that potential. I am very excited to see what an offseason as the entrenched starter (focus of the position coaches, film room, etc) will yield. -Not saying he is elite right now. However it wouldn't surprise me if he became what many consider 'elite.'
  4. I think LB is our biggest need. Gabe is a nuts OT though...I would be happy if he turned out to be a bill.
  5. I'm a bit confused about all the anti-spiller sentiment. Yes, it was a luxury pick, but he couldn't help where he was drafted. I think if spiller got a good amount of carries per game, he'd be doing great, right now. Freddie just refuses to play poorly, and so CJ has to deal with a limited amount of touches.
  6. I think our interior is fine, but I'm not happy with our tackles (esp. RT). Bell is improving, but I'm not yet sold. I'd like to get one OT in the first three rounds, and a second in the later rounds.
  7. +1. It should NOT be motivation to pull against your own team. Also, one of the projected 1st round QB talents will slip to the second round, if we want a big name QB (Locker or maybe even Mallett). I'd rather trade down in the first and pick up an OLB and an OT with our first two picks, but trading down seems to be getting more difficult for high picks. Give me OLBs, DLine, and OTs and I'll be happy. Maybe nab a guy like Enderle or Stanzi if we're going to go QB. Just my rambling two-cents
  8. I straight up named my dog Buffalo. (this was after I had moved away)
  9. Fairley is my top choice.
  10. This is an excuse for OJ but not for Spiller? I hope spiller pans out, god our 1st round drafting sucks.
  11. Are you serious? (please tell me my sarcasm meter is off) Grant is on the 50, jeez. And yes, fitzpatrick does look like him haha.
  12. Yeah he seriously needs a different model helmet
  13. Ah, yes. I did miss that one. Still don't like it for any Buffalo Bill, however. I wonder if we shoot Chris Brown (bb.com) an email, if he'll find out what the locker room calls him
  14. I needed this thread. haha
  15. I thought tugboat was pretty good. All of the suggestions make for an interesting thread I'm very surprised K-Dub is actually supported by a few people. It sounds like a kid named Kevin wants to make a hip-hop song, to me anyway. However, it's possible I could be missing the point. Is there some meaning behind "Dub?" Or is it just some random syllable added after the first letter of his first name?
  16. What the hell is all purpose sauce? And 'sauce-lovers?' This has got to be spam, right?
  17. This will intimidate the crap out of opposing team's fans between ages 13-17 I thought the logic behind t-rex was pretty funny (more so than the name itself?), I don't mind meatball though.
  18. I am a big fan of nick fairley. I'm intrigued by Bowers and Quinn, but not quite sold yet
  19. I'm glad people are rallying to harrison's defense. I think the league is way out of line with their penalty/fine fervor
  20. LA and SD are both bad sports towns. The chargers moving would be the least painful, after jacksonville. While I'd rather everyone just remain at their current locations, it wouldn't be a big deal for the chargers to move. While there would be an initial outcry from the sd fans, I doubt half of SD's citizens would notice/care, and the chargers would ultimately retain their fans even in LA. Lived out here in southern california for almost 20 years. Just to reiterate I'd prefer all 32 teams to stay put.
  21. Once again, Chan addressed this directly. He said Byrd will remain the starter but George will get similar PT to last week

  23. I would have no qualms if we drafted multiple tackles in early(ish) rounds (LT & RT); I want depth, and talent. I do think that 2 of our first 3 picks should be defensive, though.
  24. Have you watched him play? I don't have faith in this guy at all. He seems like he's high on draft boards, but from all the film i've seen on him I don't understand it. That being said, if we take him and he plays well, I'll happily eat crow +1
