    I know it's just OTAs, but holy smokes does Kolb hang on to the ball for an eternity. If he is named the starter, I hope he exceeds my expectations. Count me on the EJ train though. Hopefully the snap count is, as others put it, a means to identify who EJ's primary competition will be - Kolb or Jackson.

    Yeah he looked heavy to me as well. Didn't flash much power in the limited sample we saw (what was it, one play?), but that could just be due to the setting. Either way, it caught my eye. It's possible I'm mistaken.

    We have several NFL management courses for players and executives here. I was surprised to see that in the transcript as well, but I assume they both attended the same one.

    After watching the highlights from the voluntary workouts and OTAs, I'm now convinced Kolb will maintain his high rate of sacks. He just holds on to the ball forever. Just my first impression. Other than that I think he's throwing well, but still, it's an issue if he doesn't hurry it up.
