I can't wait to talk tyrod all summer long. I, too, was struck by the confidence in Graham's assessment. That wasn't lip-service, he sincerely thinks he can be a good player in the league.
Probably just giving it a little too much gas in a situation that didn't call for it.
Our OLine is missing major pieces though. If we go into the season as our OLine currently stands, our offense will be a wreck.
These are my thoughts too, except the defensive pessimist in me makes me think 7-9, 8-8 are perhaps more likely. Tough schedule, but it's impossible to know who will suck and who will dominate between now and the season...
I think our run D could regress without him. Loved having him aboard, hope we can sign him on a deal that makes everyone happy. Count me as surprised he hasn't been snapped up. I know he feels he's a 3 down player, but you would think someone would show him the money and convince him he'll get a "chance to compete" for a 3 down role.
