    Hope he gets the defense in order and has a more disciplined team this year, because there is certainly an upside to Rex as coach. Big hope though.

    I feel similarly, although I'm probably a little bit happier than you. Lee would have been huge for this D, same with Jack.

    I'm actually not sure that is bad news. We basically need a whole new set of backers to run Rex's scheme effectively. Might as well bring in as many "scheme fits" as we can :/

    I think this is largely on point. If Gilmore has a big enough year to get paid like a top 3 CB, then I can see whaley letting him walk. Depends on Darby too I suppose. I expect and hope for a safety in the first 3 rounds.

    It's not something I have to kick. In the hypothetical where I was a frequent user, yes I would pause my use if it endangered my employment. That being said, I still think the fact that it does endanger employment in the NFL is crock. This isn't a defense of Gordon.
