    I'm actually not sure that is bad news. We basically need a whole new set of backers to run Rex's scheme effectively. Might as well bring in as many "scheme fits" as we can :/

    I think this is largely on point. If Gilmore has a big enough year to get paid like a top 3 CB, then I can see whaley letting him walk. Depends on Darby too I suppose. I expect and hope for a safety in the first 3 rounds.

    It's not something I have to kick. In the hypothetical where I was a frequent user, yes I would pause my use if it endangered my employment. That being said, I still think the fact that it does endanger employment in the NFL is crock. This isn't a defense of Gordon.

    Love Tyrod and am looking forward to him as starter. That being said, I would absolutely trade for Glennon if the price was right. This latter caveat is of course key, given that we have an entrenched starter. Regardless, saying Glennon is the same as EJ is ludicrous imo. He got a raw deal in tampa after showing a lot of promise.

    This weed nonsense is absurd. It's easy to sit here and throw stones at someone who can't seem to get out of his own way, but it's exponentially more frustrating that the NFL is punishing him like this for some herb. I know this has been said ad nauseam but...ya

    Signing a starting QB (should Tyrod earn it), starting and proven LT, and starting and proven corner - even if they are our own guys - is a HUGE deal. I'm glad we have the space in 2017 to accomplish it if we are fortunate enough to have cause to do so.

    The expectations for his second year are becoming sky high (I'm guilty of this as well). Man I hope he meets them.

    Nice move. I'm not worried about the cap to be honest. If we can sign cordy and gilmore and add an NT and kerley, I'd call FA a success. Granted, that may be asking too much. Plus I'm guessing we use a rookie NT.

    I fully expect on of our few FA signings to be a journeyman RT. Hopefully an upgrade. The OLine as a whole gets too much credit because of the left side.

    I've assumed he was leaving for awhile. Bad fit, and I honestly think we can upgrade that spot this offseason. Linebackers and a safety early please.
