  1. True, but a strong OLine does wonders for rookie QBs.
  2. If we're going with Rosen, we absolutely have to upgrade the right side of our line. Bigger need than LBs (which are admittedly a major need).
  3. To be fair, I kind of expect a trade for Foles. I think McBeane are looking for a way to do this while also drafting Rosen/Darnold et al
  4. No idea who he is, I just found it amusing. I, too, am glad we don't have to think too much about Rudolph with the recent trade up. I just do not see an NFL qb at all when I watch him.
  5. I watched the hell out of him at Stanford, man he was a terror on QBs. Eff yes.
  6. Can someone tell me why I shouldn't want the bills to sign him? Is he really that washed up? I'm actually asking.
  7. Early on, I was high on Mayfield and I liked Rosen, couldn't make up my mind about Darnold, and didn't want Allen. I've watched a lot more of each QB, and to my surprise, I actually like all of them more than when I began, although I do like some more than others. Rosen is obviously an unbelievable passer. I wish his pocket presence was better. Would be happy if we drafted him. Darnold seems like a gamer with some moxie. He has fantastic pocket presence. I've watched a ton of his games, and would be happy if we drafted him. Mayfield does his thing. I absolutely love his accuracy and would be happy if we drafted him. Allen's film looked better than I thought it would early on, but he's obviously very raw. If we draft him I will be nervous, but I can understand the rationale and will hope for the best. You really can see the upside (in a manner that is distinctly different from EJ). Nervous but hopeful is a step up from my previous reaction to the thought of drafting him.
  8. The completion percentage is often cited as a red flag, as is the small school competition he faced. There's obviously a lot to like about his size and arm, and I think he has pretty good pocket presence, but I haven't seen every game of his.
  9. Kick the tires, vet minimum, ground up and in the freezer?
  10. I like Bradford, and this signing makes sense. But that positive reaction is very much couched in the "this better not be to draft josh f**king allen" point of view.
  11. Need addressed. Hope we can get him on track, and that it's a team friendly deal.
  12. Love this. Do not undervalue his locker room presence.
  13. It's not the SEC, but I do think you may be underestimating defenses in the PAC12
  14. So Denver will chase a QB high, I expect.
  15. I heard he can pee his name into concrete.
  16. You know, it's probably just offseason giddiness, but I think Beane could handle a bust and correct the damage (i.e. try again or get a solid FA) better than other GMs. He's willing to do what he needs to. It's so refreshing.
  17. Surely you jest.
  18. At the risk of getting flamed for starting a new thread (for me this is very rare, but today they're coming in fast and furious): there are two major QB questions out there, and I think most threads conflate the two, or end up with people advocating for who they want. This is an attempt to break the two apart. I think it's interesting to see the distribution of which QB people want, but almost more interesting to think about who the Bills covet.
