I think my original comment has been misinterpreted a bit, although it's probably because I articulated it poorly at 130am. At the time, the thought of Andrew Luck headed out the door for a regular job was amusing. That's really it. Luck undoubtedly would never actually join the typical labor force, doesn't need to, and has experience that makes a different path more obvious and more relevant. As far as my "worker's mentality," I dunno. Maybe? It assumes a superiority of entrepreneurship that opens up another can of worms. What I do know is that I am fortunate enough to have better academic credentials than Luck, run my own laboratory, and do not have 60 mil lol.

I don't disagree. However, that would be - at best - only partially due to his academic accomplishments.

I expected there to be more buzz around Vosean Joseph, tbh.

People mention the Stanford degree all the time, but it's hilarious trying to imagine a scenario in which an architecture/design firm hires Andrew Luck to an entry level position commensurate with a bachelor's degree and no experience. Edit: I'm saying it's *actually* funny to imagine the scenario. I'm not scoffing at his ability to actually do, well, anything he wants really. I realize he's got outside experience, capital, and name recognition in addition to an excellent degree. Poorly worded post in the wee hours of the AM.

I thought our starting offense and defense looked bad. I know we were winning, but that was ugly. Also, I don't think Allen will succeed in a run run pass offense. We gotta throw it more for him to make his mark, if he's going to.

I think they're right in that their DLine vs our OLine will have the largest impact on the game. I like Darnold, and he can consistently move the chains. I expect a close game. If we lose, I'll be devastated. And TBD will be doom and gloom.
