  1. Yes, all 4. Rosen was impressive, along with the other 3. His supporting cast did him no favors, he read the field well excepting the one glaring error, and had some very nice throws.
  2. Glad someone noted the center. Dude can't snap for ****.
  3. Honestly, I was impressed by all of the top four quarterbacks' debuts. I think it's going to be a special draft class. I'm not sure who will separate themselves, despite the wild hyperbole on here, but it will be fascinating to watch. God I hope it's Allen. Loved his pocket presence, demeanor, and conviction with throws. Like others have said man do I have to see him without the 3s. Rosen also played his game well, save for one truly bad read.
  4. Sounds like Darnold is dealing. Bummer.
  5. Well said. Precisely my thoughts.
  6. His demeanor in the pocket is something we haven't seen from a prospect in ages. I don't know how he will shake out but today was a good day.
  7. I think Nate will look good in preseason. The problem is, I think he knows where he's going with the ball before the snap and throws it up there whether it's a good idea or not.
  8. Dean is the man.
  9. Marv and I share a birthday. I sent him a letter about it when I was a kid in Williamsville and he actually wrote back. Won't forget that.
  10. A fair opinion to give. You posted the "country boy" comment in response to a post stating that Allen was from California and has injured his shoulder/clavicle a few times. I guess the implication was wide open to interpretation, because I was looking for the connection between yours and what you quoted. All good.
  11. Allen being a country kid is not mutually exclusive from being from California. The state has mountains and deserts, grazing country, farm land, rivers, the ocean, alpine lakes (and more!). It is not just LA and the Bay Area. Viva Allen el Californiano!
  12. What in the world is the point of posting this?
  13. Hear hear. I think Shaw is pretty committed to being an institution out here, and I hope he never leaves. I do wonder how he would translate to the NFL - that's not skepticism, I'm just legitimately curious. Stanford's success is based on the trenches and smash mouth rushing that wears other teams out. The Tyler Gaffney years were the pinnacle of this style, but as they say, the NFL is a QB driven league.
  14. Moulds was a hell of a talent. It's really too bad that he languished on terrible teams. I've had a few chats with him over the years as a bills fan and he's always been gracious and happy to talk about the team and his playing days.
  15. McDermott does a great job of enabling camaraderie. Glad to see Allen can harness it!
  16. I'm not one to put much stock in press conferences, but Shady's comments did raise my eyebrows. Looking forward to seeing Allen develop.
  17. You seriously don't remember? EJ is/was a nice kid who desperately wanted to do well, and we ate it up. Nothing wrong with that, either.
  18. Not sure how sneaky it is! They're flush and spending like it. Will be interesting to watch for sure. If they start hot and we don't, this place is going to be nuts.
  19. They sure let Karius walk alone. RM players were the only ones to give him any words after the match. Absolutely can't stand Liverpool.
  20. Praying they build a monster OLine. We habitually ignore it.
  21. This is how I feel, except I hate the Celtics but didn't mind Pierce, ha.
  22. I seem to have dodged a bullet having never visited "BBMB" in my life. Was it really the insane asylum you new fellas make it out to be?
