yes but also shedeur behaves just like his dad and teams were basically shocked with what an entitled A-hole he is when they talked to him at the combine. I guess someone in INDY said it was the worst interview they had ever been a part of.
The sanders family are not victims. They are grifters and A-holes.
The only thing to feel bad about is that Deion influenced his son to behave and speak like he has been.

WR, fatty 1T, S, LB
Or maybe just punters.

I have to admit, this draft is falling decently in terms of position. I would have liked DTs to not fly off the board in RD1 but considering that they did, day 2 is going well.
I expect a WR, S, LB, and tub of goo 1T (against my better judgement) next.

I wasn't thrilled with trade up, but 9ers DL is in same boat as us. If it's the guy we had targeted, I'd prefer to trade up (the only way need and BPA overlap).
Also we went up 15 spots, and only went back 10 spots from the 2nd. Other than that we used the exact draft capital were supposed to maneuver with
This is my feeling, except I think Collins has a higher floor. Time will tell.

As dumb as it sounds on the surface, knowing what this roster looks like…in the 3rd round take the best punter in the draft. We have so few open roster spots and nowhere for anyone to start. Go get your punter for the next 10 years. You hope not to need them to often but it absolutely can help you if you have a good one.
The user name fits, I'll give you that. 3rd round punter!

the 4 dl right after means we jumped the rush and got the guy we wanted
That's true. Hope we picked right!

Exactly.
and as I said earlier, the 49'ers were all set to take him at #43.
Their board is really pissed.
I saw they're thrilled with Collins. But none of us know anything, least of all me. Sanders looks like he plays with some urgency which I like.

I kind of feel like we'll double dip in round 5 with a size-based 1T......

I don't love the trade. At least our 2nd for their third only moves that pick back 10 spots, i guess?

He's a total lunatic. He's also really good.

Gotta say - I feel pretty great about our secondary. A lot depends on Bishop right now, but it's a better unit than last year overall. Wouldn't be surprised if we get a safety in the next pick or 2 just for insurance.
Yep. And I am hoping that daequan hardy has another strong camp at nickel. I'm glad he didn't get poached from the practice squad last year.

If the Bills can get a stud S wouldn’t this complete the objective? We have guys all over the defense now. Up to them to make the pro bowl leap (Greggggg!!) we are weak as hell at safety.
I want a late round safety to be insurance for Bishop, but the second is waaaaaay too early. That would be a bad investment imo.
DT and or WR.

Major reach eh? That doesn't seem to be the predominant takeaway (though it's not like that matters).
From someone I know with the jags, "Hairston really tumbled. Great value at 30."

Gimme a late round safety for Bishop insurance 👀

Rasul Douglas runs at keon Coleman speed lol thats a weird pro comparison to me
Douglas with Hairston speed would be elite. I love how Douglas hits.

Patriots taking Campbell is great for the Bills.
I'm not saying it's a bad pick either, but I don't see him being the difference maker to make the Pats viable against the Bills.Yep. I'm happy.

Moulds. Would be fun to see what we could do with Lee Evans, too. But Moulds is the answer imo

He was atrocious last year. I don't want him back. Unless there was some unknown injury, he fell off a cliff fast.
That said, I'm betting sometime the week before the draft he's re-signed to the Beane special...1yr $2M deal.
Man I don't know. He fell off for sure but there was high performance before his body slowed down. I still think there's value - but only if he's not a permanent boundary starter

Definitely a fan of bringing him back for the right contract. I think he can be quite effective if he plays fewer snaps per season.

2025 NFL Draft Thread : Rounds 2-3
in The Stadium Wall

As a hunter, I'm appalled by the high-fenced canned-hunt nonsense on his dad's wall. To make it that backdrop for the draft is just plain dumb.
