I have that same feeling. If there's a WR run, I'd rather they take BPA at another position with #28 than Worthy for example.

There's no way the Chargers could've kept Bosa, Mack, & Allen. Bosa & Mack restructured & the writing was on the wall for Allen. I'd have kept Allen & traded Bosa, but a 4th is a good return to get that cap-hit off your books.

Likely Mid Round Draft Guys You Just Feel Will be Good

Brenden Rice -
I would absolutely not trade up for Odunze. It would cost next year's 1st & more picks, and I don't think he's gonna be any better than the guys we could get at #28. Odunze gives me Quentin Johnson vibes, big fast target who was dominant in college because he was left wide open all the time but doesn't have great separation skills.

Rondale Moore is the same height as Harty. He'd have been a backup slot here, and not somebody we should be adding with our needs.

Ouch. Poor guy...

I want DQ back as much as anybody, but we fooling ourselves if we think he plays 17 games. We need another 1T even if we re-sign DQ.

When the Redskins drafted RG3 #2 overall in 2012, they followed up with Cousins in the 4th round of the same draft. 12 years later- RG3's career earnings are $33M. The afterthought, Cousins, has already earned $228M in his career, and will be up to $410M if he plays out all 4 years of this new contract. Awesome story and completely crazy.

Well Cincy isn't trading him to Buffalo. This just means the Bengals take another WR we covet off the board before we pick.

I have autographed framed jerseys of Bruce, Kelly, Thurman, & Diggs- adding Allen next. I have a Bills full-size official helmet in my office, no autograph.

These are my feelings exactly. I feel like Legette is our guy, reminds me a lot of Eric Moulds.

The breakdown on Michigan was that they did pass a lot, but typically only in the 1st half. They had a lot of huge leads & ran the ball at a much higher % than pass in the 2nd half of most games.

I almost started this same thread last night, lol.

Beane needs to find the next Poyer/Hyde, an underutilized or mis-cast CB from another team who fits our Safety mold & won't cost too much.

What FA Signings Have Directly Lead to SB Wins?
947 replied to st pete gogolak's topic in The Stadium Wall
Deion Sanders in both Dallas & San Fran is the most obvious example. He was a true mercenary for a few years. -
Anybody else get Moulds vibes when watching Legette?

We FINALLY have a decent O-Line, no glaring holes, and all 5 starters coming back. No way I'd create another hole. Do you guys not remember having Saffold?

The pick is not per the individual player lost to FA, it's a composite of all the new contracts of all the FA you lost vs all the FA you signed. The Bills have hosed themselves out of comp picks a few times by signing marginal FAs when they could've netted a 4th or 5th.

He's going to sign a modest 3 year deal with Atlanta, with a bunch of incentives & an out after 2 years. They'll tell him he's their guy, then they'll draft a QB in the 1st round anyway. Russ will be replaced after their bye week.

They definitely have fans at the Combine. A friend of my sons was in Indy this weekend for a 7-on-7 tournament, his team got tickets & went for a few hours on Saturday, got to see Worthy's 40 live.

After yesterday who is your WR pick at 28?
947 replied to SoonerBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thomas, Franklin, Legette, & McConkey- in that order. -
Worthy was literally smaller than the woman who interviewed him right after his record time. You guys are crazy wanting him at #28. I fear he's going to be the next Darrius Heward-Bey, Troy Williamson, John Ross, etc- who can fly but not play WR at the NFL level.
