He looks like a perfect fit at FS in McD's system. McBeane clearly had their eye on this guy, and Washington wasn't using him last year- why didn't we trade a late round pick for him at the deadline? He certainly could've helped our playoff Defense.

A not great (for Bills) mock draft. What would you do different?!

I think I'd have to take Luther Burden if he fell that far. -
This dude is exactly what our DL needs. I'd be ecstatic if we got him.
-
I don't see a fit for Kirk, he's primarily a Slot. Even after he signed the big contract in Jacksonville, he wasn't on the field for 2WR sets- while Zay Jones stayed in. Shakir & Samuel have the slot covered, we need a guy who can win on the outside. Maybe that could be Kirk, but I'd be skeptical.

Nobody is taking his $22M cap hit, he's not worth that. Washington will have to cut him, then we'll be ready to talk.
-
He'll be 31 next season, is listed at 6'0" 230lbs, has missed 27 games in the past 2 years, and plays a position where our starters are set. Sounds exactly like a guy McD would go after.

Nobody is gonna pay Raheem Mostert any more than the vet minimum at his age, he's done. Raheem Mostert always lied about his age! He lied about his age all the time! One time, Frank Sinatra came in here, and sat in this chair. I say, "Frank, you hang out with Raheem Mostert. Just between me and you, how old is Raheem Mostert?" Know what Frank told me? He said "Hey, Raheem Mostert is a hundred thirty-seven years old." A hundred and thirty-seven years old!

NFL Analyst Says 31 of Top 100 are Defensive Lineman

I'm worried that even if we do draft 2 DLs in the first two rounds, the guys we draft will be a healthy scratch for 8 of the 17 games & only play 25% of snaps of the games they aren't. Basically what they did with Javon Solomon. Our Defense tends to prefer replacement-level vets to young upside. I'd love to have an impact rookie DL, I just don't trust McD use them. -
Kupp's 2025 cap hit is 29,780,000. No team is trading picks for privilege of paying that, let alone the Bills. He is a shell of what he was when he signed that contract, and he will likely only play 10 or so games any given season. If/when the Rams cut him, then it becomes worth looking into.

Josh's parents are in attendance, I just saw a pic. It's happening
-
Josh didn't go up on stage to accept the Sportsmanship award. Kittle wins a similar award, goes up & gives a long speech. This has to be because Josh is expected to give a speech after another award...

Lost in the sauce: Outstanding Performances vs KC

I think Hollins is gonna be a Bill for the rest of his career. I could see him as a Legend of the Game someday. -
It's almost as if prepping for Head Coach interviews with multiple other teams could be a distraction to an OC about to coach in the biggest game in his life... I hate that part of the NFL.

Bishop running into Hunt while fully upright with his arms out like Frankenstein was comical. WTF? -
Anybody taking the Saints HC job is almost guaranteed to be looking for another job in 2 years. They have no QB, no means to draft one this year, and are in utter Cap Hell. You can't turn a team like that around without breaking down & fixing the Cap, and that'll take 2 seasons. If Brady takes that job, chances are he's looking for another OC position in 2 years. I think he's smarter than that. Stay as Bills' OC another year, he'll be next year's Ben Johnson and can pick the best situation. I do think the Jags situation could maybe be enough to sway Brady, but not the Saints or Raiders.

Does Mahomes really get preferential treatment from officials?

We only threw 22 times, and the Ravens flooded the middle of the field to take that away. I'd have liked to see Kincaid run some seams, but I think better days are ahead for him.

I blame Taylor Swift. KC has gotten an overabundance of favorable calls for several years, but it really took off when Swift started appearing at their games. The NFL has hundreds of thousands of new people tuning in just to see her shown up in the box. The powers that be obviously prefer another Taylor Swift-laden Chiefs appearance in the super bowl to CJ Stroud.

Goff can be a good QB when everything around him is really good- like the Lions the past 2 seasons. In a vacuum- he throws a ton of wobbly balls, is borderline immobile, and prone to a lot of picks.
-
He pouted in the locker room after a playoff win because he only played 20% of snaps and caught 1 ball. He had to make himself a distraction instead of celebrating advancing in the playoffs, and now he'll be at home this weekend instead of Arrowhead. You just joined the Texans 2-3 weeks ago, they weren't gonna make you the focal point of their offense. All you had to do was play your role the best you can, ride it out, then go look for a new opportunity in the offseason. Now it's unlikely he's offered much of anything in the future.
-
This! You're allowed to hit the QB on RPO/Read-Option plays when he doesn't have the ball, but fakes like he does. When these plays first started popping up with Chip Kelly's offense, one of the criticisms was that the QB will take a pounding. But nobody ever made it a priority to blast QBs who did it. Now would be a great time to start. Hit Jackson every time he does it & hands off.
-
The key to slowing Henry down is tackling him by his legs. So many of Henry's runs show tacklers falling/bouncing off his upper body & waist. Get his legs & he goes down, it will hurt more in the cold & wear on him.
-
Darnold kinda blows. A lot of his poor passes are bailed out by excellent WR play, and he's somehow less mobile than Stafford.

The Ravens Run-D stats are skewed by 2 things. 1- The fact that they played with a lead for much of the year behind their run game, teams pass more to keep up 2- The book on them is that they can be passed on, so that's what most teams game plans featured Sure, their Run-D is solid, but probably not any better than Denver in reality
