don't you just hate people on this board who put up wise-a55 comments without even bothering to find out the full story?! the Rams are cutting Pisa because their new coach Spag does not like smaller. quick linebackers. there might be deeper underlying issues there too, who knows? to me it sounds like he is a tackling machine much like the last undersized LB we signed from the Rams i.e. London Fletcher as long as Pisa can make the tackles closer to the line of scrimmage than Fletch we should be all set! it was tiresome to see Fletch get 10-15 tackles per game, almost all of them 15-25 yards past the LOS.. which brings us to the other point, DT depth is lacking - McCargo better show up ready to play like a 1st Rd. pick this year

good point VJ91 about Polian - i'm not sure how much of Marv's success came due to Polian's wisdom in the background, but one would hazard a guess that it was a significant factor. look at what Polian did in Indy as well, that man is a genius and we should never have parted ways with him!

3-4 TDs per game, between the passing and running games is a more reasonable expectation.. it's really difficult to win games when you score under 20 points, unless this defense really gets a monster passrush going

yikes.. that was painful i'd say both were to blame - Dockery for just being a dumba55.. DJ for thinking that he was a competent guard much as i'd hate to admit it but don't we all wish that Bellicheat was our coach? which brings us to another point.. how many Bills fans here would be ok with Bellicheat being our coach and the Bills playing dirty but winning a SB or three?

we probably look at Marv in rosier light because of his past accomplishments.. i'd still say TD screwed us up though, probably as badly as Millen did the Lions franchise

that right there is the key.. what do we have to lose anyways? we keep to our regular gameplan and we will lose, again, like we have so many times change things around, play nasty as hell and dirty if need be too. people on this board will always complain, but if we play our hearts out and give it to them, i for one wouldn't feel bad about losing oh yeah, i'd like to see some of those green and brown stains on the back of #12's helmet and jersey too.. that would be an early Xmas present
