  1. He invests in the charities he likes, to save tax money. Thats it. All that money would have been going to the state coffers instead he chose where to put it. Not wrong, not right. But he did not do it out of the kindness of his heart, rather he donated on the advice of his tax attorney. And you notice he put his name on all the stuff he gave to, whilst taking his deductions. I would just as soon he paid his taxes.....
  2. I have no doubt you will ignore this, my dear: Focus On the Family is famous for adamantly opposing virtually every LGBT-friendly initiative — from domestic partner and survivors benefits, hate crimes legislation or employment non-discrimination measures. They also steadfastly supported Colorado’s Amendment 2 of 1996 (which would have disenfranchised LGBT people from the legislative process) and they opposed the repeal of anti-sodomy laws in the U.S. And that is the very very tip of the iceberg.
  3. They know they are doing the right thing because they have the cheapest possible hires and people buy tickets. RW is not a Buffalo Bills fan he is an Andrew Jackson fan. Plain and simple.
  4. His picture on the article makes no implication for you?
  5. He is an old bastard though, with his consistant cheap hires. There is no lack of common decency there, and why should RW command respect?
  6. Actually what he owes us is to be clear. And he has been. And BTW it is what most everyone would do; highest biddrer wins.
  7. Stroud was significant even if via trade.
  8. that is the best avatar I have yet seen anywhere. Thanks for that.
  9. By the way this same organization the Tebow is spouting for is vehemently and vocally anti-homosexual. If they could get away with it they would run an a 3million dollar about how all Gays were going to hell. It really is a hate mongering Christian group so keep that in mind when you watch Tebow; this is not a nice good guy, he is a brainwashed hate spouting moron/monster. Trust this also, if it wasn't for community norms keeping them in line, they would be anti-african american and anti jewish as well, and all American indians would be slaughtered. JMO.
  10. Can we ever be rid of Chris Kelsay?
  11. Clean if a little hazy for some. Adrian Wilson
  12. Maybe the 3 million could be better used by these "christians" to send relief to Haiti or to West Virginia and Kentucky?
  13. They already took the 3 million
  14. Aaron MAybin is so small.... they need kiddie condoms
  15. Whoever is willing to work dirt cheap, gets the nod. Maybe Tyke Tolbert will be back, as OC.
  16. I asked the same question last year just before the season started and got railed for it. For me last year it was the bye week when they did not fire DJ for his terribly poor performance and gave him another couple weeks to stink up the place and do a couple more of those awful press conferences. This coming year I'm guessing week 8. Chan Gailey. With luck, week nine. Man o man
  17. If only there WERE some emotional ups.
  18. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This. And every single move they make re-inforces my emotional disconnect, starting with the Jauron hire 5 years ago. I cannot think of a single instance where they have done something really right since then, from DJ hire through Dockery through Lil Donte thru Losman thru McCargo thru Maybin and straight thru to Nix and Gailey hires. A couple of lucky strikes, even the blind robin sometimes finds the worm, like signing Stroud and drafting Byrd (which if it wasn't for his unexpected stellar play was another blockhead move). There is no choice, you have to stop listening at some point, or you go nuts. This is the worst ever franchise and they have just re0inforced that again. Go Sabres!
  19. Too bad Nix was doing that and not hiring us the best coaching choice available, Marty. Auld !@#$er
  20. The weight of the evidence collected over several decades about RW, says the Gailey hire and Marty rejection was wholly RW induced (w/ Jeff Littman), for financial reasons. It is clear to me.
  21. I wonder how often he nicks a $20 from mommys purse
  22. I more than believe your story because it makes perfect sense. IMO, RW and Nix sounded out how much Frazier would want as head coach, then looked around for someone that would take 1/3 less money. Waalaa we have the previously unemployed Gailey. Marty AND Billick were both excluded before the process even began, because they might say yes and would warrent real HC paychecks. Shanny and Cowher were red herrings, guys that RW/Nix knew would positively say no, but would placate fan anger. This situation is outrageous in every way, and we must be subject to it. RW could care less about wins, he cares about money and so far Russ has shown the ability to consistantly fill seats desptie a sub par product to say the least. Maybe if I were in RWs ownership position I would feel the same. Sucks to be a fan of the team he owns though. How did Nix the 70- year old high school coach and scout get to be GM? IMO, he accepted significantly less money than any other candidate that was remotely qualified. How is Brandon CEO? He came from St. John Fisher and was promoted from within, and i am sure gets less money than comparative CEOs on other teams. Plus the guy really does know how to market and that is for RW, the crux of the matter. RW should but does not realize he cannot take it with him. On that note.... Go Sabres!!!
  23. Right that's true. But the injuries are on an annual basis, and this latest one, the ACL, takes a long time to to heal and he may never come back 100%; he is a big man and big men tend to have more lingering affects from ACL. I am hopeful that Meredith pans out and is serviceable since counting on BB for a full season of work is folly.
  24. Ralph knows he was the guy he could hire for the least amount of dough.
