I agree. That's why I like taking McClain in round 1, and Fox from Miami in Round 2, QB in 3, Carter OG from Tex Tech in 4. Awesome LB, and two very good OL.
I like it. I think he turns out to be better than Lynch, and Lynch is good. He is def worth a late round pick. If he turns out to be a punk then we end up dumping a late rounder, which is usually what happens to late rounders. If he is solid, then bonus.
King is way off base. Gailey adjusts offenses to the players he has. Using Kordell STewart as "slash" in Pittsburgh was not conservative, in fact it was the start of today's "wildcat" craze.
Nevergiveup, ignore the haters. Thanks again for the information. I think Nix and Gailey are a good combo. For the first time in a while I think most Bills fans have a good feeling about the draft, and Gailey's history with offensives is impressive.
Draft McClain!!!!!! There will be quality QB's available and quality OT's available in Rounds 2&3, but this guy is a stud and the best LB to come out in a while.
Only if McClain is off the board. QB's are risky business in the first round. Plus Pike and the QB from Central Michigan could be available in round 2 or 3.
Everyone can get down on Gailey as an "unspiring pick" but he does have a winning record everywhere, and did some impressive things with lesser QB's than we currently have (Stewart, Tomczak, etc.)
